The staff is awesome! Bobbie she is awesome, very professional. She always keeps a smile on her face, and helps anyway she can. Great Manager!!!
The timeliness of the response is abysmal. No one answers phones, the manager refuses to give out her phone number, the apartments are dilapidated and the grounds are disgusting. There is no longer security and the pool has never worked. This is a disappointing excuse for an apartment complex and it is not well maintained.
don't move here unless you refuse to be homeless, the managers have changed 5 different times during Oct 2015 to Sept 2017, property has NO washing facility as advertised .. it's always gunshots & car break ins on the premises, no security gate or guards to help protect the community.. my flooring in my bathroom was deteriorating since the first day i moved in & it was never fixed.. my unit didn't have roaches only b/c i paid for extermination out of my own pocket! My refrigerator went out & i was without 1 for almost 2 months which resulted me to break my lease .. the plumbing is VERY bad clogged sinks always ..every now & then when the bath tub faucet is turned on black grayish water ran out before clear "clean" water .. my sink faucet in the kitchen had came off the hinges also was never fixed.. loud & rowdy neighbors in breezeways & parking lots of the apartments.. it's a lot of foot traffic thru out the complex & last but not least my utility closet & under sink cabinets had mold I will never in my life rent here again period this complex should be SHUT DOWN!!!

Poor maintenance, insufficient security, and insect infestation are the main featured amenities of The Woodridge Apartments in Decatur, Georgia. Although under new management now that promises swift change, the last year I've lived there had been a nightmare. Weathered infrastructure and irregular trash pickup really will make you want to avoid this place at all cost!
Nothing gets fixed , I've had a bug problem from nasty up stairs neighbors ,poor building structure I can hear cough so sleep is no option.so save your money and time. they are just sad, but in a great location though.
WORST APARTMENTS EVER! New management every other month..ALL Management sucks and doesn't come to fix anything, some tenants went all summer long without air conditioning, there are rodents and mold in the apartments, the grounds are smelly and dirty outside, trash is everywhere around the neighborhood. Living conditions are better in a motel than here. These apartments need to be closed down. I regret doing business with them will be moving out soon!
