I've really enjoyed living at The Abby. The building is beautiful, the amenities are super convenient, and the location with the T right there makes getting around so easy. What stands out most is the team. They are friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely care about the residents. It feels like they actually want you to enjoy living here which is not always the case at other places. Overall it has been a great place to call home.

I lived here for over a year and had a really positive experience. The team was always kind and quick to respond whenever something came up, and the maintenance staff was especially reliable and respectful. The building was well-kept, and I always felt safe and comfortable. Moving out was bittersweet. Life took me in a new direction, but I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming home

Honestly, living here has been such a great experience. The team here really goes above and beyond to make it feel like home. Joe, the daytime front desk attendant, is always super friendly and helpful—whether it’s grabbing a package or just saying hi on the way out. Elena in leasing is amazing too—she made the whole move-in process so easy and is always around to help with anything. The events here are also a huge perk! They do an awesome job planning things that actually make you want to go—like a music concert recently (great performers, good drinks, and snacks!) and they did a surprise donut event earlier this month. Little things like that make such a difference. Maintenance is also on point. They're super responsive and get things fixed fast, which is honestly rare in apartment living. Always appreciate how quick and professional they've been. As for noise—yeah, you’ll hear some. It’s an apartment, so it comes with the territory. But it’s never been a dealbreaker for me. The location, the amenities, and the team more than make up for it. Overall, couldn’t be happier here. If you’re looking for a place that actually feels welcoming and well-run, The Abby is it!

Our first week was great. The amenities have been great and overall very happy. This second week we have noticed a lot more noise from the neighbors. Maybe the insulation is not as great as originally thought

Pretty good so far. The Abby used to have a very good management teams last year. Now, things are changed a bit, the activities & food are not a attractive as what we have before.

You will find clean, spacey, and convenience rooms with generous services. Gym is spacey and even has a squat rack. Swimming pool is so cool, and you have a nice space to work

Been here for a few weeks and couldnt be happier. Its very clean and surprisingly pretty quiet. Amenities are fantastic and well kept. Leasing office is great, shoutout to Elena! Packages are handled really well for you even though they get a ton of packages. Of course you’re going to have to advocate a bit for yourself since they get so many but theres a good system. Moving in was really easy with the ability to reserve a loading dock. Location is unbeatable, I'm out the door 2 minutes before the train arrives to north quincy. Parking is also not too crowded and easy to access the highway from there.

Customer service at its best! I was expecting a very important package and it got lost. Mathilda the concierge tried to help me and looked all over but couldn’t find it. I then called FedEx and they were able to track it. The next morning Elena brought it directly to my apartment. The Abby takes really good care of their residents, come and live here!

I’ve enjoyed living at The Abby since 2021. Maintenance is always on top of things and the community events really bring people together. The amenities add a great value to the place and the proximity to the T and Target can’t be beat.

Not bad, pets can dirty the bottom floor and outside, people don't close the trash chutes sometimes, not much for events, ac is very loud when running

The Abby is great and the staff are incredibly helpful. Particularly Elena who has been an absolute star our entire move in. Facilities are great and location to the North Quincy T is perfect

I love staying at Abby's. Every month they have awesome community events. Also proximity wise abby is super close to Target and MBTA station.

It is new and high end apartments in north Quincy. Good location and modern decoration. The staff here are so nice and helpful. I really appreciated their assistance and I could finally move in. Glad to be a member of Abby family.

Concierge has been extremely helpful and kind! They took the time to walk me around and showed me where things were and the best way to get there. They were really patient with me answering all my questions and concerns.

place was great when we first moved in but as time went on amenities and staffing changes altered the feel of the place along with rent increases. this place is great for a year maybe 2 .

It’s been wondering living here. The gym is our absolute favorite. We also love having friends and family over. And the location is great and convenient

About the Abby: I am always impressed with the management of the complex and the abilities of the maintenance crew to fix anything that should arise. The security that is here within the building is amazing. You cannot get anywhere without your fob without your key electronically to your door. also the on-site security is just an added plus to make this one of the nicest and most secure places to live in the city of Quincy. Furthermore, the on-site concierge that control the package receiving services are outstanding. You cannot only put your packages out for delivery, but you get a reminder for packages that are delivered to you. There is also dry cleaning that you can drop off and they will send it out, and let you know when it has returned. The gym is incredibly clean and always well organized. The events that are happening here on a monthly basis are above and beyond. I am thrilled to live here alongside wonderful people as neighbors. Well Worth the peace mind to live here.

I really enjoy all the extra amenities such as the courtyards, pool, and social areas. The private parking garage has also been a huge bonus!

I am very happy to live here. Public management and sanitation are very good. but i am a little disappointed with my own room... there is not sunlight in my room (my bed room and living room)!! I didn't see my current room when i were visit, because the room wasn't available:(

The Abby is an amazing place to stay. It has a two courtyards, a nice gym and yoga area, a lounge and many other things to do. It also has a swimming pool that opens in summer

Jerome is super professional. Loving the property so far! The amenities are really nice. The staff are professional and try their very best to be helpful. Apartment was clean and in tip top shape when I moved in. The neighbours are also very friendly.

Great amenities and locations. The staff is always helpful. There are always fun events for residents which gives us a chance to mingle with people in our building.

Everyone was great for move in and the place is gorgeous! I think the only thing was some confusion about all of the required tasks and utilizing the apps and payment platform correctly.

Joining the Abby has been great, it has gone down in terms of assistance and amenities as more tenants are living here many of them don't respect the space and leave garbage and chairs and such everywhere as if it is a hotel. very glad the cleaning crew works twice as hard to put everything back nicely. hoping things pick up in the next few months

I just moved here and it has been amazing and seamless. I moved in after 6pm when the leasing office is closed but they already had arranged for my keys to be at the concierge which was very helpful.

Great place to be! The building and it’s surrounding are very quiet and neat. We enjoy the amenities like eatery, supermarket and mostly the easy access to the train station

So far it has been pleasant living at the abby , the common areas are very nice. Free coffee at the reception area definitely adds boojiness to the experience.

This is my 4 th day in the apartment everything seems smooth expect the move in day as 31st was a busy move in-out through out. So far everything was smooth and love it here already.

Staff and community are great and welcoming Amenities (gym, work space and lounge) are exceptional. Local restaurants are happy to deliver to the Abby complex which benefits the community who use public transportation
