Property Ratings at The Abbey
I left my home of 39 years and empty nested in the Abbey Apartments. 2 years in – amongst the best of my decisions. I worried about the transition; I needn’t have. The staff at The Abbey aren’t merely professional and proficient. I require that from anywhere I pay to live. The Abbey is all about the extra steps. The buildings are maintained in the highest standards. Hall wall blemishes from hurrying moving companies are rapidly repaired & repainted. Sidewalks quickly cleared of snow & ice. Lawns maintained. Flowers planted. Common areas cleaned – and remarkably updated and improved. The staff is courteous and affable and yet not cloying. The apartments are spacious and full of all necessary amenities. Me? I like the “apart” of an apartment but there are numerous social activities for those interested in building a community. The Abbey: an excellent spot to home in. Highly recommended. And – a shout out to Jeremiah (maintenance)& Emma (housekeeping) both are exemplary ambassadors for The Abbey.
Terrible management and rules…you can’t have friends over to sit by pool on weekends, They pay tonhave a tow company go thru lot every day so if you have a friebd over they will tow your car, definitely not a place if you want it to feel like home! Cheap appliances, poor quality, way overpriced
