The 505 on Walnut

it’s been amazing, staff is very helpful. we have put in many maintenance requests and they have been there it help up! the complex is beautiful

The customer service was excellent - they answered all the questions, and the entire application process was as easy as possible. I highly recommend it for everyone.

Great place to stay! Only bad thing is the shuttle schedule from campus is a bit unreliable sometimes. Front desk people are not so nice. But apartment itself is great! Just a heads up- doesn’t come with a tv.

The kitchen was very small for 4 people, there were issues with the Wi-Fi, and the thermostat fluctuated between hot and cold sometimes. The other amenities were fine.

Good place to hangout i love my room so much the the temperature is just right i love the summer times hear it’s very nice in the spring i like workout on the peloton

The location is quite convenient, which is a plus. However, the noise level in the building is a constant issue, making it difficult to enjoy some peace and quiet. Additionally, the staff isn't always helpful, which can be frustrating when trying to address concerns. Overall, while there are some redeeming qualities, the ongoing noise problems and less-than-friendly service hold this place back from being a top choice.

10/10 Overall experience. The apartment is always clean, and everything works without any issues. The management is proactive and responsive when necessary. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly and efficiently. It’s been a smooth and hassle-free experience, and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a solid, well-managed apartment.

I love how reliable the shuttle service is. I wish there would be active security on the premises; would make it feel a bit more safer. The gym is also great but I would’ve wished they had more equipment. But besides that it’s a great place!

The resident experience is great. Rooms are spacious and own room is big. Lots of amenities throughout the building. Close enough to campus where you can walk.

The space is very nice but my apartment is cold and I can’t figure out how to turn the heat up. It’s frustrating that there are no drawers in the kitchen or bathroom and there isn’t enough on the kitchen counters

Not worth the price. Parking is packed because people without a parking pass park in the garage and don’t get towed. No vents in the bathroom so condensation drips down the walls. No toilet seat cover. Everything is cheaply built. Bus is not reliable.

I absolutely love how well-maintained the apartment is. The attention to cleanliness and upkeep is apparent, and it makes living here feel comfortable and stress-free. Every part of the building is always in excellent condition, from the common areas to the individual units. Beyond that, the management team is amazing. They’re not only professional but also very approachable and friendly. They promptly respond to any questions or requests for assistance, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues. It's rare to find a place where the staff goes out of their way to ensure that residents feel valued and taken care of, and that’s exactly what I’ve experienced here.

I thought that the experience was very smooth and easy to complete. The people at the 505 were very responsive. The only hard part was linking my roomates and I together.

Thus far, my resident experience has been amazing. Staff are so helpful and rooms very clean and tidy upon arrival. Truly seems like such a wonderful place to live :)

I did not think the building staff communicated well. They would ignore my voicemails when they didn’t answer. I had multiple complaints that they completely ignored.

I would have to say that it was a great experience. As most would say, but I really felt that I was in my place here. The staff were amazing and so friendly. And the neighborhood is truly amazing. I wish I was here already.

Team at 505 is great. Always helpful and pleasant. Maintenance fixes everything very quickly and always with a pleasant attitude. Common areas are usually very clean and not alot of clutter.

There are great amenities. Wish there was more parking available. The staff here is very friendly. The security here could also be a little bit better since there’s breaking

Great amenities and updated apartments. Good location close to Syracuse campus and shuttle runs very frequently with very nice drivers. Matience is very prompt and helpful.

I loved living at the 505 and was so sad to move out. It was the perfect place to spend my senior year between the location, great amenities, and spacious living areas!

No complaints, good amenities and maintenance staff is very helpful and responsive. Parking was a great touch. Never had any issues, enjoyed my 2 years here
