Everett Mall South

The Everett Mall South neighborhood, officially renamed Twin Creeks by the city of Everett in 2012, offers high-density shopping and commercial areas surrounded by predominantly single-family residences. The neighborhood is ideal for people who work at the nearby Boeing airplane manufacturing plant or commuters who work in Seattle or Bellevue. Downtown Seattle is located 25 miles south along Interstate 5, downtown Bellevue lies 25 miles southeast via Interstate 405, and downtown Everett is just 6 miles to the north.

The commercial and shopping areas primarily line Everett Mall Way, including the Everett Mall, from which the neighborhood acquired its name. Residential subdivisions stretch between Everett Mall Way and Interstate 5, while multifamily housing units are increasingly spreading throughout the neighborhood.
