7 minutes ago Great place to live, pretty area. I moved from out of state and didnt get to see the apt, but it was even nicer than I expected.the office manager was always available to me, I called a lot cause I didn't know the area and she always took the time to explain thing to me, where shopping and stores are, etc. She emailed me whatever information I asked for. The other places I called never even answered the phones. Everyone is so nice. The grounds are pretty and I like the walking path by the lake.

Manager is so friendly and goes out of her way to provide you with all the information you need about the community and surrounding area as I relacated from out of state. I love that there is an elevator here and its a hotel like feel. Very different than all the other places around. My apartment is very large, great that we have 2 sinks in the materbath and a big garden tub. Very quiet and clean here, nice atmosphere.

The staff is great and helpful. Maureen is very friendly and an excellent source of information. When you walk in there is a wonderful home like feeling. My apartment smelled really good when I moved in and I do like that I have extra space of closet on the terrace. I love the coffee machine - free everyday and great selection of gourmet coffee. I'm looking forward to using the brand new gym and media room. Everyone is very friendly here and enjoy living here.

We used to be residents at terraces on the square and we loved it there. The property manager Angela always made sure that residents were happy and satisfied! David and Angela kept the place neat and clean , beautifully decorated and both buildings smelled wonderful! After my resent visit , I learned that Angela is no longer there and you can tell it’s a big difference! The grounds are not as clean anymore and the smell is fading , overall the quality is lower now. Angela’s high standards are now gone !
The appartmtnt complex is so quiet and beautifully kept up. The pool alone is a plus! The neighborhood is amazing. There is a bike trail and hospital within walking distance. The surrounding neighborhood is like that of a New England town.
You feel at home as soon as you walk in the grounds are beautifully kept up to a high standard, The pool area is always clean and refreshing. The maintenance staff (David) is very knowledgeable professional understanding reliable and is always willing to help. The property manager (Angela) is always easy to get a hold of , she on top of anything , she's very helpful she's very professional, and she's always going open beyond what her job duties are this is one of the best places I have ever lived
