I toured Terraces at Northridge and loved the peaceful atmosphere. The property was clean and clearly well maintained. The team was very friendly and professional, and the amenities stood out as a real bonus. It seems like a great mix of comfort and convenience!
Was a good place to live overall for 4 years. They charged $378 from my deposit to replace the carpet that was there after 4 years of normal wear and tear. The carpet was outdated compared to some of the other units in the complex and this appears to be a way of then having the tenants pay for updates that should be their responsibility.

These apartments are TERRIBLE! This place has gone downhill big time! From mold, poor ventilation, very loud and weak AC units to neighbors smoking and having no consideration for others. If you care about your health, DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I lived here 4 years before going to the military and miss everything about it so much
I have lived at the Terraces at Northridge for 5 years and plan to renew my lease for another 2 years. This is one of the only communities that offers everything I desire in an apartment complex. I have a beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment with central air, washer & dryer in my unit, dishwasher, extremely responsive maintenance staff, swimming pool, community gym, pets allowed, right off I-480, close to all shopping, safe quiet neighborhood within close proximity to Cleveland downtown and also the airport, and a quick 10-15 minute commute to downtown. The grounds are kept very well, and the crowd that lives here is a good mix between young families and more seasoned adults. Overall everyone is very respectful of their neighbors. For all of these features, this complex is reasonably priced and I would recommend it. Comparatively, I have lived downtown Cleveland and in West Park. I have chosen to maintain my residence here the longest for good reason.
I've lived at The Terraces at Northridge the past 8 years. Very lovely and quiet community, close to everything (stores, highways, school), 24 hour maintenance service and always very prompt on work orders, love having an in suite washer and dryer and out of all the apartments I've lived at, this is the only one that has felt like home. They also have holiday parties and fun summer events (when the pool opens) which are very fun and a great way to meet fellow neighbors.
Our apartment is very nice, and the location is great. Everything from shopping, to a movie theater, to grocery shopping is a walk away. The community is very quite. Improvements: It would be nice to have a lower fixed amount for water, and either having a fix rate for heat, or lowering the cost.
i have been here for 4 years now. Love this place. It is home ! Everything is beautiful, inside the apartment and outside. Very well maintained and an A to the office staff and maintain economic crew. This is a place for long time renters that want to enjoy a beautiful place, with no worries.
I have traveled so much and lived in so many places from here to Georgia to Nevada as well as Northern and Southern California that few have ever felt like home. The Terraces @ Northridge is home. It is not just for the location or the 4 walls, it is most about the staff and the care that goes into the management of this property. My apartment is beautiful, that's for sure, but the real test is after you have signed your lease and things need to be handled and the staff here is top, top shelf. Nothing waits for reply and nothing waits to be handled. The staff in the office care for us like we are family. Great pool, workout area, reasonable, beautiful community center and the option to upgrade your unit. I have told many a friend and business relation that my intention was to live here until I find a home...a traditional home and along the way, I found Northridge. I quit looking when I realized I was already home.
Very clean and beautiful area. The size of the living room and the abilty to keep by furniture would have been difficult. The young lady who took us to look at the apartment was very nice and had great people skills. If the living room would have been a few feet bigger we would be there today
I have lived in quite a few apartments in my day and this is by far the best. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. maintenance is on top of whatever you need. Ill be staying put for a long time to come!
