Acasa Terraces at Fieldstone

I'm not behind on my rent. I have lived at Terraces at Fieldstone for a little over two years. Due to their negligence, I have been sick the entire time with ongoing fungal infections in my ear and on my body. BLACK MOLD! I had no heat at all during the winter until spring. I could go on, but if that didn't convince you, I do not know what will.

Ive been a resident here for over 3 years and I must say management is horrible ( All they care about is New Tenants just to get there money and treat them The exact same way, unacceptable) . Never available to answer concerns /questions , Ms. Brandi (property manager) in the office attitude is nasty / disgusting (she dismisses you without listening) . Ive set appointments to speak with her on multiple occasions and all was unsuccessful! Corporate office is no better , they dont answer nor return calls . I wish I wouldve read the reviews more carefully before moving here! I’m here to tell you , avoid the disappointment & save your money

If you like getting the run around this then is the place for you. After calling and calling about an apartment we finally got a call a week later stating they have no vacancies and we can be put on a wait list. Both this site and the apartments website state they have vacancies right now. Do NOT waste the application fee

The property used to be well kept from ground keeping to customer service. The phone are barely answered; the gate is constantly broken; the trash compactor is not always tidy and the breeze way is nit keep clean. There are any beds everyday, trash left by residence in the street; the vacuum does not work well where residence can usage for cleaning purposes. Loud music is played throughout the residence. The mailroom works sometimes and owners of pets allow there pet to pooped on the grounds. The property is Not Manicured well including the entrance to the residence. It’s sad for a nice property to go down. I am hoping under new management that things will get back to where management and residence take care of the community and property.

Trash overflows, gate arm broken, exit gate needs something to stop peopling from coming in the wrong way and almost hitting you while you exit. Power wash the whole community

Its been a pleasure to live here I like the neighbors everyone is friendly. Its quiet and everything is kept neat and clean.

The plumbing in these units is absolutely ridiculous…..over the course of me living here for a year my toilet repeatedly spewed up sewage as well as my bathtub. Guess what maintenance did when it traveled to the carpet TWICE. The dried it up with a larger floor dryer so now my unit stunk. I had to call headquarters to have the carpet replaced and even then they ONLY took up the carpet padding! They turned the water off once or twice every 2 months for “repairs” so I know my unit was not the only one with plumbing issues. AND the gate in this “gated community” literally was always broken. The trash bin in the front of the community….always broken! WAY too much money for all this stress where you live.

I've had an overall good experience. It's, a good safe place to live.

I pay too much for a gated community for the gate systems not to work.

Has a very beautiful landscaping. Nice and quiet and peaceful. A place to call home.

Terraces is a chill place to live great for raising kids. Peaceful and clean with lots of amenities.

So far, I really dont have any major complaints. I enjoy this community, amenities and green space. Sometimes there are people setting off fireworks other than that my stay has been good.

The community is very quiet, often patrolled by community police, and efficient gate access.

The terraces is a wonderful place to live this far. The amenities are amazing and it feels like youre in a village by itself. Love the peacefulness and serenity.

I moved in a few weeks ago and the process was extremely pleasant. The maintenance people are also very friendly and work very quickly to fix things when needed. The complex its self is beautiful and you really do get your moneys worth.

I have lived in Terraces of Fieldstone a short period of time and the experience has been great! The process from my tour to the move in was very smooth. My apartment was move in ready, the community is quiet and clean.

Maintenance requests were handled in a timely and appropriate manner, extremely helpful.

I only been here almost a month, and I have experience nothing but curiosity, and fast response since I been here. I like the fact tht fieldstone make you feel like home. And try to help in many ways.

My garbage disposal wasn't working and it only took 6 minutes to fix. Great job.

Exceptional

I have been living here for about 2 years. The community is beautiful. I enjoy the lake as wells as the scenery. Have not had any issues with any noise or loud neighbors. However maintenance turn around time could be way better. Also the laundry facilities are great when they are actually in order. Aside from that it is a pretty food community to live in.

Overall i enjoy living here.
