Terrace Heights

after living here for three years it was time to resign our lease. contacted them a month prior to do so with no response! You can email, call and send messages through the residential portal and won't hear any response. I bet they will respond to this review with a automated message with a phone number attached. It goes straight to voice mail and you'll never get a call back. after waiting 3 weeks for a response and being 38 weeks pregnant I finally broke and called the only maintenance guys personal phone. tells me he doesn't work there anymore (sadly, he was the best. very hard worker) but told me all of the management quit! as of the beginning of January 2022. So there is currently no maintenance and no management as of January 26th, 2022. finally got into contact with corporate in Colorado with a bunch of problems due to lack of documentation and random new policies, told me it's due to covid. To top it all off, we had our pipes froze with no one to contact but thankfully we have smart relatives to help so we're doing month to month and getting out of here ASAP.
