Property Ratings at Terrace Court Apartments
They are very unprofessional, they do not take care of the issues they cause, my building was evacuated from carbon monoxide for days due to the negligence of them. There's no water 60% of the day, no heat for months in the winter
They are bad bad landlords I’m moving out today do to roof leaking inside of my apartment
I live at the terrace court and the landlord is very bad at getting work orders out. Responding to issues at the apartment is never met or fixed when they are reported. I am a dialysis patient and i have been here since July of 2018. I called to day to complain about no hot water in my bathroom.
The land lady is very DISRESPECTFUL AND A LIAR!!! She walked into my home twice without me knowing!!! Thank god my sister was there to see her walk in both times!!!!
