When we first moved it Terrabrook was peaceful and calm. The maintenance team was very helpful. Now that the complex is filled up there is a lot of noise, not much parking, and kind of chaotic. The maintenance team does not communicate and management doesn’t seem organized. The price from the townhomes are overpriced for what you get. The water bill is outrageous and no one seems to acknowledge it in management.

Each home is individually metered so your utilities are billed solely based on your home's usage. The community has an average amount of children, but is extremely quiet. No matter the time of day or night. I feel very safe living here with my children.

These townhomes are beautiful. The developers really thought of the little details, such as putting an outlet on the back patio. We love the open floor plan, and the bonus is the laundry unit on the top floor. The only negative I have noticed is the garage size. It seems very spacious for small cars, but doesn't quite fit with a larger car and kids. I have a process to getting my stroller and groceries out first, then backing my car in.

This place feels surreal. Gorgeous buildings and landscape on the outside. The inside of the house is amazing and beautiful, so spacious and open. The management team is so wonderful to work with. Very responsive and extremely helpful! The neighbors are so friendly and neighborly, the community actually feels like a community!

These homes are beautiful and well kept. Is at a decent remote area. I like how they have dog bags so owners can pick up after their pets. Only wish we had a Community office with a gym and pool on site.
