BEWARE! Horrible place to live. The leasing office will not stop people from being loud, screaming at the top of their lungs. My car has been vandalized multiple times. The mailboxes have been broken into. It is an unsafe area to live. The night service managers do nothing to stop the noise. When I moved into my apartment, it was completely filthy. The managers of this property will lie and tell you everything is wonderful. Please look elsewhere to live. They do not care about any “rules” they have in place.

This place is too expensive and not worth it for such a tiny apartment When I first moved in there were roaches everywhere and trash everywhere by the dumpsters The property is poorly taken care of for the price you pay Lewis Management Corp is a money hungry they didn’t care that they were evicting a single mother and her son during Christmas time Wish I would have never lived here

There are quite a number of families with very young children. Sometimes parents will allow the children to play near the carport areas. I wish there were signs or something posted to encourage parents not to do this. This is a huge safety issue. I've seen many children zip through the parking lot on scooters, skates etc narrowly missing cars that are backing out of their carport. I fear one day a child will really get hurt.
The community is very nice,close to school and grocery store. The maintenance guy name rob,he's super. He fixed perfect. The pool chairs and laundry room need makeover,even the air conditioner is not working there.
Good place to live, good neighbors, low monthly rent,close to the shopping center and the gym, decent launder mat, good size pool and gym
My apartment complex is great and they are making a lot of improvements everyday. Full outside painting going on. Reroofing a lot of the buildings. And removing any Detroit and making appropriate repairs. The staff is great.
I recently moved to Rancho Cucamonga in late May and love the area - close to shopping, schools, hiking trails, etc. The town home at Mountview that I currently live seemed in excellent shape, but after my first few weeks I have had a broken dishwasher, broken washing machine, clogged shower, a front door that wouldn't open, a back sliding door that wouldn't lock, ants in the upstairs bedroom, and a broken mailbox lock. Although all problems eventually got fixed (some only partially fixed) I have had to make multiple requests for someone to come out on multiple occasions. In my opinion, with more problems than the amount of weeks I've lived here, this place has been more of a headache than a place to call home.
I love my townhouse. It is perfect for what I need. I have twins and for me it is convenient that I don't have to worry about yelling at them to be quit for people below me. It's like it was in my house. I have a small yard too which is nice. Staff here has been great too, very friendly. And so far I like my neighbors
Everything is great. I like to add that the night service manager get busy. I called to have a guest car parked overnight and he delivered the parking pass directly to my unit. Only thing though is that I have lost 3 packages when the delivery person leaves it at my door and thank goodness amazon refunded me.
Since day one the staff at mountain view apartments have been very helpful. The facility is very clean and quiet. Nice neighbors. 24/7 security. If I had a maintenance problem the staff were right on top of it to correct asap. Just resigned my lease for another year. Very happy at mountain view apartments.
My apartment complex is the best! People are so friendly and nice, apartment management is too and very on top of things. If you have an issue with anything in your apartment they get right on it. I feel very safe living there and love the location. It's close to freeways, malls, schools. Great community!
This apartment is my first place by myself and the management here has made every bit of living here easy and smooth. The atmosphere is beautiful and family friendly with schools, parks, and shopping within minutes away. I sit in my apartment sometimes looking out the balcony and just smile because I love being here! Thanks Mountain View!
Terra vista apartments has been the greatest place to stay. Lived here for 3 yrs. the people in the office are very friendly. And maitneance people are very friendly and always fix problems quickly. Good neighborhood with great neighbors.
I have lived here for over 20 years and I couldn't be happier.... My children have grown up here, went to school in this area and overall it's been a great experience for my family.
The last two years of my life here in America, have been rough. I got here with my daughter, Joeie last March 27 of 2013. My sister gladly welcomed us in their home to stay in. I could not be more grateful. We had a roof on top of us and food to eat. We were blessed. 2014 I became pregnant with my ex who decided to leave me as I did not want to have an abortion. It was the longest 9 months of my life. But I could not complain. I was blessed with a beautiful girl and even with two girls, it amazed me how I managed to take care of them with the money I earn from babysitting. But things change, I knew at one point I had to move out as I need to be responsible for my family and needed to give my sister and her family space too. March of this year my sister mentioned that they were planning to buy a house. We talked about it and finally decided that it was time that I have my own house. Their house welcomed us, but it was hard to call it home. I had to live by their rules and so did my children. We looked and looked for an apartment that would not be so expensive and just enough for us to start over and start fresh. We went to different lewis apartments and finally went to see the mountain view apartments and we got to meet Chelsea. To be honest; my eye was on a different apartment, but what got me? This was when I received a card from Chelsea just thanking me for considering Terra Vista. That gesture alone sold it. It may be a customer service tactic but for me it felt sincere. It was then I knew that we have found our home. May of this year we finally processed everything, and with Chelsea's help, we finally got the place. Our own space. I was ecstatic. Finally. Living without rules and living in our own terms. I was excited for me, my kids and my mom. It's been almost two months since we moved in. And I could not be any more grateful and happy. I seldom call a place that I rent in a home. But our apartment; is more than a house. It is our home. And I would want my kids to grow up in this neighborhood. We are finally home. And the cherry on top? I have found great friends from the other apartment owners. You will know when you finally have found your home - I have and it's here, Terra Vista Mountain View Apartments. I am sure you can find yours too, here.
I found my apartment when my roommate and I were looking for a new place. I came across the Mountain View Apartments and went for a tour. The staff was ridiculously friendly and I was excited to see the interior of the place. The unit I was looking at was a townhouse which was amazingly spacious and had an upstairs area for the bedrooms, plus and additional half-bath downstairs for guests. It was love at first site. The unit came with all appliances and even had a washer and dryer. It also had a decent sized back yard area that I could decorate myself, which I totally made into the coolest little backyard retreat. The complex is animal friendly and its super quiet and there is never a problem for my guests to find parking. We have been there for about 3 years now and are not looking to leave any time soon. Take a look at Mountain View, you will be impressed.
Mountainview Apartments is honestly one of the complexes. The apartments are great, the area is clean, and safe, and the office staff are wonderful!
