Nashville’s Riverfront neighborhood is an up-and-coming sector of Downtown with premier proximity to everything that makes Nashville the Music City. I’ve been here a month and it’s a cool place! Good walkability and scoot-ability. The apartments are updated and really nice (no 2024 prices with 1950’s kitchens to deal with). The worst part of living here so far is just trying to get the opportunity to - the leasing office doesn’t have good response time and even if you make an appointment to take a tour, there’s a chance they won’t be in office when you get there. And they RARELY answer the phone. Email is your best bet.

Terra House is the hidden gem of Nashville. Tucked away on the outskirts of downtown, but within walking distance of the city center, it is surprising peaceful with outstanding city and river views. The sense of security and community is evident, and it is shocking to think you are only steps away from the hustle and bustle of downtown! GREAT place to live!

Terra House is a lovely community that is in the perfect location. It is in walking distance to an abundance of fun activities, yet far enough from the hustle and bustle of downtown to where noise is not an issue. My favorite amenity is the fitness center. My time here has been great so far.

Terra House has a great community of residents but since new management took over things have gone downhill quick. I would not recommend living here due to continuous safety concerns, a parking garage that requires repair (we cannot park above the 3rd floor), and overall lack of transparency from management.

Terra house is an amazing place to live. The location is great as it is in walking distance to downtown but also far enough away that it is quiet. The amenities are great and well taken care of. The gym is among the best I have seen for apartment buildings. You get a lot of square footage for the price. The staff and maintenance team are stellar. Maintenance requests are taken care of very quickly.

High front office staff overturn. Hard to get anyone on the phone. Management and front staff seem uncaring, vague, overall unknowing, and don’t ever really offer any resolution or help to serious concerns or issues. Maintenance staff is awesome! Hallways smell like marijuana, loud, partying at all hours.

I have lived at terra house for a year and i have ZERO complaints! the staff/maintenance is so professional, helpful and nice - the entire building and grounds are so well kept, it’s quiet, clean, i could go on and on. i am so picky when it comes to apartments and where i live but terra house is definitely a 10/10. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My husband, dog, and I all LOVE Terra House! It is the perfect location! From the very beginning it felt like home and it has only continued. The girls in the office are so kind and so helpful and the maintenance/cleaning team keep it looking incredible. Our apartment is absolutely beautiful with all the finishes that we love. It is very pet friendly and the residents are so kind as well. It also has beautiful amenities that are very well maintained. We couldn’t ask for a better place to call home!

This place is beautiful. I love it here! It feels more like a community than any place I have ever lived. The office is ran by some of the kindest people who actually care about you. The maintenance team is ALWAYS on top of things. You put in a request for something you need done and it is finished within 24 hours! The amenities are great and I feel like I actually get more value out of my monthly rent. They have a beautiful courtyard, pool area, and a clubhouse that houses a pool table, shuffleboard table, and an awesome entertainment area! The other residents here are extremely nice and professional. I've never had any encounter I would classify as anything more than wonderful. I 100% recommend considering this as your next home. You will not regret it!!!

My husband and I have lived at Terra House for almost a year and it's been great. The sweet ladies in the Leasing Office are friendly, yet professional and make sure the residents are happy. On top of that, Josh and Eric (maintenance team) are terrific! They are visible working to keep everything running perfectly. Lots of fun social events are available if interested, plus a beautiful pool and fully equipped gym. Our apartment is absolutely lovely with lots of natural light and the location in Nashville is to die for. Do yourself a favor and come check out the furnished models. I recently made a trip to Nashville to look for a new apartment. I needed to find a great place quickly for my new position. The team at Terra House, especially Lauren, listened to everything I was interested in and showed me a few properties that were all suited perfectly for me. I made the decision a few hours later and Lauren was quick to help me make everything official. I've lived in New York, Chicago, and a few other cities where the process is antiquated, overpriced, unfriendly, and cumbersome.
