I’ve been with terra Bella apartments for almost 3 years now. In my 3 years of living here it’s been the quietest living I could ask for as well as best maintained.

I have been looking in the Lawton area for an apartment and after touring several places Terrabella has the best value. Their apartments are upgraded and the rents are at a reasonable price in comparison to other places I saw. They gave me a move in special as well. Also I appreciate the kind staff.

My first time in OK and Terra Bella Apartments was my first choice and I’m so happy, I have not been disappointed with anything. Everyone at the leasing office is very helpful and pleasant.
I had been looking for an apartment in the area for quite some time and Terra Bella was the best. When I first toured the place, the staff was very friendly and the application process was very easy. They answered all my questions and had everything I needed. My unit was clean and renovated. No complaints so far!
My first apartment was not the one i was shown, had a horrible roach infestation and was dirty, when we moved buildings it was not cleaned before moving in, the ceiling above the shower started leaking and all they did was put spackle over it and it grew mold, our drawers had not runners, the freezer was broken, and nobody ever came to fix anything. Its by far the worst place ive ever lived and would not recommended living there.
I do not know about other properties, however the building I reside sounds very familiar to most . I have rain water coming in the bottom of my door due to their failure to follow up on maintenance. I don’t report problems anymore for their lack of responsibility. If I could break my lease tomorrow I would be out of here tonight. Try any other place.
Terrible!!!!! Pick anywhere else this place is the worst no maintenance if so they take forever and the office no one’s there
I was shown a townhouse that was ready just yet but I loved it anyways,was willing to wait for it to get done.I was told No one had seen it yet that we was the only ones and We(My kids,my husband and I) was made to feel like we got it!! We paid $80 application fee!! It was very unprofessional Also the office had such a Strong odor of WEED and I had my 15 year old daughter with me!!!! Then my calls and texts were ignored until Late that friday when I got a text that the town house had already been taken!!!
If y’all are looking for an apartment, look anywhere else but here!! We got shown a “move in ready” apartment that was far from move in ready. Superficial it looks nice but you have to make sure to touch everything and switch every switch, examine every little thing. Our first day here our toilet didn't work… and it took about 4 days for someone to come fix it. They had to remove and replace our toilet. We noticed that our garbage disposal was broken and rusty. It looked as if it has been rusted since 1984. We let them know that it smelled and it was broken, ON OUR FIRST DAY HERE, its been almost a year and no one has come to fix it and whenever we let then know about it again they kept saying that the part was coming and on its way but it apparently never showed and we eventually just gave up. Its currently summer and our ac is broken after a bad thunderstorm, and they’re saying we have to pay to get it fixed? Anyways, get a different apartment if anything breaks they’ll never fix it just tell you they will and never do.
My family and I move alot due to military, so to be proactive we called this apartment and put our deposit in. By the time we arrived the apartment was in horrible shape looked nothing like the pictures. Carpet was ripped and dirty, shower rod falling apart. Dishwasher and gabage disposal rusty. Boiler and ac not working so we were stuck in the heat of summer. Put up a request they kept saying they're on their way to fix but took over a month to fix each problem. Been in that apartment with a super rusty garbage disposal, FOR A YEAR and no way on getting out of lease
The apartments themselves are decent, HVAC and bathrooms are sufficient. The kitchens are decent as well, it's nice having a dish washer. My biggest complaint about the complex is that the rooms aren't designed to accommodate washers and dryers. There is a communal laundromat but whether or not it's working or open is a game of chance. The management has been receptive to our concerns but the laundry situation is my only big complaint about this property.
