Property Ratings at Terra at Mission Trails
Do not rent with Terra at Mission Trails. Very unorganized. They rarely are at their office and rarely help you with anything. They upcharge you for multiple things even if you leave them with a brand new looking apartment. Awful management. No parking for guests
They approved for to move in and then told me it was a race to get the deposit. I lost housing because of their unethical practice.
We lived at Terra for almost 2 years. Its a great location and the place is kept really clean. They also accept dogs, which was really important to me. I lived upstairs near the pool and it was never loud or out of hand. It is a little out of the way to make a U-TURN at Jackson Drive to get back to Mission Valley every day but other than that we really had no complaints while we lived there.

These apartments were decent. Nothing special, nothing terrible. There was water problems a lot but other than that not too many issues.
