Terra at Collington Apartments

This place is roach infested. Everything is broken. I have been waiting for my dishwasher , oven , screen door , and master bedroom shower to be fixed for 3 MONTHS NOW. Every time I go to the front office Its a different story , nobody helps! Now just a couple days ago my AC went out so we’ll see how long it takes for them to fix it !

The office manager Jenny is absolutely amazing unlike any other I've met and the maintenance staff goes above and beyond for you and your family. The entire staff will take their time to get to know you.

Good ppl at COLLINGTON APTS excellent customer service miss Danielle very understanding and polite people skills, A+ Miss Jenny down to earth no flaws if you’re looking for someone to stay this is the place. Maintenance is always on time due to appointments. Great security you can sleep great at night. Perfect gym clean pool.

I love the apartment complex and the staff is very kind. Never had any issues with this staff. I feel safe, I’m comfortable where I live and I’ve been here a very, very long time . I love Ms. Jenny who always seems to make the right things happen.

I have only been at the property going on two months and I am very dissatisfied. I am embarrassed to invite company over with the trash all over the property and the dumpster. My unit is infested with roaches from the previous tenant or building and pest control comes every week and the situation is not getting any better. Management are very polite and courteous but I may be breaking my lease because $1180 is to much to be paying to see such filth.

I just moved to Orlando from Virginia, and so far, so good. The property seems clean and well kept. My apartment was fulling functional, and the carpet as well as the walls, seemed freshly cleaned and new. It took me only a week to move in, from the time I submitted my application to the time I moved my first piece of furniture in. I understand that the property is under new management, and from reading other reviews, that was something that needed to be done. The new management seem nice, friendly, and are very respectful to my needs. I can only comment on what I have seen and experienced, and so far so good. Keep up the good work management, and in a year, I look forward to renewing my lease. My family thanks you for your professionalism and promptness!!! This is the third apartment that I applied for, and the third time was a charm. I truly believe that I made the right decision by moving into this apartment complex. THANK YOU

Unprofessional staff, Roach infestations, raggedy appliance, Its just flat out NASTY ?? PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!

The office staff flat out lied to me about my refund. I was told to expect within 10 business days. It has been 6weeks and I still have NOT received it. The Staff are extremely cavalier about the discrepancy between the 10 business days versus real time turn around. My Lawyer actually has to intervene to help me recoup my finds. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Even when required information was received i was still denied. I am going to make sure EVERYONE is aware they are keeping refunds that are supposed to be dispersed in a timely manner. As a Single Mother, every penny counts. None of the Staff are empathetic nor do they work hard in your favor to help recoup your funds. Corporate will NOT talk to me at all nor will the Office Manager. DO NOT APPLY HERE!!!

That place will take your money even they don't have no available units

Whoever wrote the first review is a liar because the new management company just took ownership no longer than about two months ago. I have not came into contact with any of the new owners so I don't fault them for taking over these crappy apartments. These apartments are run down ans roach infested. The upgrades are what looks like granite countertops and wood flooring in the common areas. I supposedly received an upgraded apartment but there was no new appliances. The water is turned off basically every two weeks without notice. I would advise you to go elsewhere. You will regret moving here.

With the new owners/management that complex is 100 times better. The pool are to the landscaping. New renovated apartments with everything inside bran new. I've been here going on two years and almost one year with the new management and I love it.
