About Tenth Street Warehouses

10th Street Warehouses is steps from West Main Street in the historic Tenth and Page neighborhood between The University of Virginia and Downtown. TSW features distinctive, loft style apartments above industrial retail, gallery, office, and restaurant space. Designed by Wolf-Ackerman Architects, we received “Best Adaptive Re-Use” award from the Urban Land Institute in 2019. TSW began as the original, landmark Coke Bottling Works and an automotive machine shop in the early 20th century. Our tenants include a collection of creative, locally-owned businesses. Charlottesville artists Sahara Clemons and Ryan Trott created the murals in 2020
