I have lived here for about a year now and I love it. I plan on renewing my lease when it's up. The 1 bedroom is a perfect fit. I haven't came across really any issues but I broke my blinds and needed a replacement. maintenance was there the next day and changed them out. Leo and Jon are both great!

Jonathan has been amazing! He is always very friendly, helpful, and there when we need him! The space is nice and it helps that he’s an attractive young man!

Love the location. Tons of stores and shops close by that can conveniently provide for all your needs. Maintenance is quick to respond and the community is kept up in great condition.

These apartments are in a perfect location. They’re in Centerville school district and close to everything. There’s also a 24 hour gym, Starbucks coffee and they are building a brand new pool.

The community here is friendly and respectful! Office staff is very attentive. The grounds are always kept up nice and clean. My apartment turned out better than I expected when moving in.

The apartments are close to everything & in Centerville school district. You can walk to Whole Foods & several restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. Britt made us feel welcome and found us the perfect apartment.

The management team demonstrates exceptional dedication to providing a positive living experience for tenants. The units are well-maintained and offer a comfortable living environment. The grounds are meticulously kept, and the neighbors are respectful and courteous. Overall, we have found immense satisfaction and comfort in our residence.

The newly remodeled clubhouse is gorgeous and so are the apartments. The staff is friendly and helpful I enjoy visiting them and getting a cup of Starbucks coffee while I’m there.

I put a work order in online & within 10 minutes the property manager came over. He let me know that maintenance was unavailable but he would make the repairs himself. It is nice that they are on top of things.

The gym has way more equipment than most apartments. The office and maintenance people are great.

You can walk to Whole Foods & sams club along with many different restaurants. It’s super close to all the highways too.

Ten31 has all of the amenities you could want. It's a great community and all of the people are friendly.

1 minute ago The prices which they will make you sign during the lease stage of the renting process is not the prices that they advertise on the internet for their specific units and bedrooms. The tours they give potential clients are not the actual units you will be residing in. I know many tenants who were not shown or given the OPPORTUNITY to see the unit they would actually be renting. I myself asked and was DENIED for the reason that the unit needed to be "turned" and when I saw the unit was moritifed at how unsanitary it was. This place has underhanded business ethics and immoral business practices. Not an apartment complex you want to be a resident of at all.

I am blown away by the remodeled apartments at this apartment community. The pool is huge and even has a life guard on duty and clubroom is awesome with a really nice fitness room.

I love my new townhome. It is so cozy. I have the perfect amount of space. I love having wood floors rather than carpet. I work 2nd shift which gives me time to spend at the pool. I am so happy with my decision to live here. So far I love everything about it.

Way overpriced for what they’re charging for rent. Zero privacy from neighbors (thin walls) and with the shared hallway, you hear everything. It is close to restaurants but it’s not for us

The units look exactly like the pictures! I was so excited to move here, and was not disappointed! I cannot wait for the pool to open up in the summer and I'm so ready to see the new gym once it's finished.

I just toured the apartments. I was extremely happy with what I seen. There is the perfect amount of space in the apartment. It is very beautiful. Everything is brand new. They are pet friendly. I couldn't imagine not having my dog so this is perfect for me. The apartment is just down the road from my job so the location is exactly what I am looking for. I applied for the apartment. I am anxiously waiting for the approval so I can get moved in. I am very excited about my decision.

My apartment is new, spacious and just what I was looking for. One less thing to stress about with my move. The property grounds look great everyday even with all of the construction that's going on including a new parking lot.

I relocated from out of state. I did my application process online. I am so glad to say the pictures and virtual tour was exactly like what I got. I am so happy with my apartment. Everything is just stunning. I look forward to my time living here.

I am so happy that I chose to make ten31 my home. I moved in at the beginning of the pandemic and it was so comforting having a new place that immediately felt like home. Everything was renovated for me and if I ever need anything they are always here to help at the office and the maintenance staff is wonderful. I can't say enough good things about this place.

I absolutely love it here at Ten31 I've recommended this place to a few friends and we have all had great experiences living here. My apartment is newly renovated and if I do need something fixed Dustin and Jayden always do a great job of getting it taken care of quickly.

Its wonderful to live here and the apartment improvements are wonderful. The office staff is so helpful and I’m glad to be a part of TEN31 community!

Would not recommend to anybody that enjoys a warm shower or silence
