Eastwood Hill East, northwest of Raytown, has an enviable location during football and baseball season as the neighborhood sits one mile south of the Truman Sports Complex, home of the Kansas City Chiefs and Kansas City Royals. This older neighborhood has wide open green spaces for hiking and playing.
This area sits approximately eight miles southeast of the city center. Take Raytown Road up to Interstate 70 to reach Downtown Kansas City in about 12 minutes with normal traffic. In the Raytown School District, Eastwood Hills Elementary School provides excellent education for younger students in the area. The school lies adjacent to Palmer Park, giving little ones ample green spaces to romp and play. Small single-family homes make up the bulk of the rental market here.

no ammenities, new owners with 20 + pages of rules and regulations, will come and inspect your unit at their discretion.
This is a poorly managed apartment community. It has a long history/reputation of bed bugs and other household pests, poor maintenance, and security concerns. The community is under new ownership and currently under renovation. The listed rental price may reflect what this apartment community may become but as of now, there are much better options
My dad lived there before he passed in 2010 while he at this property. He absolutely loved it, office was so nice and professional. As his daughter I am going to apply for a studio soon and am excited!
If you want lots of roaches, bedbugs, nasty carpet, power and water outages, filthy laundryroom, depressing group rooms and drafty living quarters by all means move here. Manager is hateful and rude and never does anything to help folks. Glad we got into another much better place.
This is a very reasonably priced place to stay it has security and I feel good staying there and also has a cafeteria and beauty shop/barbershop as well as lots of activities staff and residents are all very friendly they also allow small pets they will even go and do your grocery shopping or washer clothes for you for that additional charge as well as help provide transportation management is on duty 24 hours a day seven days a week entrance and exit doors are always locked it is a very secure building and do extensive background checks to ensure our safety a great place for senior living
