Located near downtown historic Richmond, Kentucky, Telford Mansion apartments combines history with modern living. The old historic Telford Mansion is the heart of the development and your chance to live with history in the Old South. The mansion has four beautiful apartments with a circular staircase reminding us of a bygone era. The mansion was built in the 1849 and is schedule to be renovated to include modern amenities without taking away from the beauty of the home. The units in this beautiful house will be available in August 2018. Telford Mansion Apartments also has 20 townhouses with separate entrances and private living without the traditional apartment feel of someone living below or above you. There are several floor plans to choose from at affordable housing pricing. Coming fall 2018 is a major landscaping upgrade! All bushes will be removed around the townhouses with new plants installed. Then there is just an overall face lift and clean up effort with the landscaping. We will also be powerwashing the buildings, replacing shutters, patching, resealing, and re-stripping the parking. We want a community one and all would be proud to live in and a community we can be proud to call one of the best around!

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
