This place is missing only one thing, imho
Small complex, 8 units in 3 buildings. All unites are 3 br, 1 bath, washer & dryer, central natural gas heat. Wonderful but small ENCLOSED BACKYARD. Each unit has 1 assigned parking place & is allowed 1 additional off street parking place, rest (if needed) must be on street. Additional storage my be available for rent onsite. Daycare, medical center, LA Fitness across the street, restaurants, park, grocery stores, retail & theatre within easy walking distance. Churches within short drives. Nike World Campus less than 1 mile away. The missing thing...a garage
