The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Taylor Brooke
The atmosphere is perfect, starting from the Management all the way to the Apartment. It’s quiet, clean and well kept. Can’t ask for much anymore, other that is missing a fenced dog park for our four feet friends.
We have been living here for 5 years, in the last 2 years they change manager and a lot of new things began to happen, they paint the buildings, they change the club house and pool and our favorite they remodel the laundry room. The new manager is so nice and she’s always doing activities for the kids like movies in the pool and chalk the side walk on brown paper. We just wish work order can be done faster, but both the manager and maintenance take care of us all the time. Parking outside sometimes is a problem but the parking is always a problem in California.
Taylor Brooke has been a wonderful place for our family. In the far end of vista, ca. They offer both one and two bedrooms and bath. There is a laundry facility on the property. Although the apartments are very nice, our family is growing and the space is too small for us. We need something bigger to raise our beautiful family in. The manager, Anne, is very nice and helpful. The rent is cheap and the property is beautiful and kid friendly.
