This apartment complex is awesome. Very clean and thorough with responding to calls, emails, and maintenance requests. Spacious apartment for all your needs! Highly recommend this place!
If you are looking for something cheap just to sleep then perfect but if you want your money worth then look somewhere else!!! They don’t want to fix anything we was without a/c for like 3 days! Our pool hasn’t been cleaned since the FALL 2020!!! It is ridiculous! Residents went 24-48 hours without water , our cable & internet does not work because they haven’t been paying the bills! DO NOT LIVE HERE
Drug dealings right outside the building. Gang activity. No gates so anyone and everyone comes in.
The staff were very conscientious attending to my needs during my move in. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and offered all of the comforts of home. There is a nice pool and cabana for hot days in the summer. So glad I chose Taylor bend-it's a perfect fit for me!

The monthly rent is not bad. The electricity is outrageous. They increased their "processing fee" by almost double without any notice. The electricity itself is extremely expensive, typically ending up paying $75-$85 PER roomate for a single apartment. This is including the fact that we rarely keep anything plugged in the walls, and the thermostat is set to pretty much never turn on. There will be times where you'll have to park two buildings away from your place because parking is very limited. They DO NOT clean the apartments before you move in either. We found spider webs, light fixtures FULL of dirt and bugs, and the carpet was not even fitted properly. There was even a prominent burn spot that the management claimed was "normal wear and tear". There was no tv or couch when we moved in. Some of these apartments do not come supplied with a tv, but some do, and they will not supply one if your apartment does not already come with one. Trying to get the office to fix anything wrong in the apartment is a constant hassle. I had to personally contact the office many times to resolve issues that should have been dome before move in. All the outlets are upside down, so if you have OCD, this may bother you. The wifi is absolute GARBAGE. It is almost impossible to have two devices connected and try to have a decent connection. You can't use the gym or pool unless the office is open, and the office will lose without notice fairly frequently.

This is one of the top best apartments that Oxford has with its beautiful interior,great views and it has amazing recreational facilities also with schools that are top of the line I believe that this is the greatest apartment ever
