Property Ratings at Taylor Apartments

Warning
Full of Roaches, outdated and everything was poorly maintained! 2 units sit empty, which is where I believe the roaches go hide until you get settled in. Nothing has been updated from the kitchen to the closet doors, windows, bathroom. My AC was constantly breaking to the point the repair man was sick of me calling. Other than that the rent is affordable and the landlord is never really around.
