I have lived here for a total of almost 3 years. The apartments are very well kept with great appliances/amenities. The manager is on top of all maintenance requests and really a pleasure to work with. I was recommended this place when I was looking for a place and I always recommend it to others when they are looking as well!!
I have had nothing but good I teractions with Kim, the manager. She always goes above and beyond!
These apartments are located witinin a stones throw of Little Lake Butte Des More and a short drive from Downton Menasha. Very nice, clean, spacious apartments and a nice rentable garage option. Management is good to work with and responsive. Good price for what you get.
I’ve lived here for about 3-4 years and have been comfortable here. Management is easy to work with and communicable. Overall a good place to live.
My wife and I lived here for 5 years. Quiet, safe, peaceful and comfortable. Rent and utilities so affordable, we were able to take a few vacations and pay off all our debt in those 5 years. Only moved because we bought house due to family growing. Actually bought a house within walking distance because we love the neighborhood so much.
Management is super friendly and attentive. Apartments are in great condition. Any issues with maintainance are taken care of right away
