From the ladies at the office to Ceaser in Maintenance. They take care of their residence. Any issues I have are address promptly. The lawn area is taken care of and well kept. The kindness of the staff is truly appreciated.

I’ve absolutely loved living in this community! It’s been about a year since I’ve moved here and I haven’t had any trouble at all. All the staff including maintenance has been so friendly and helpful. The community is very welcoming and most importantly clean! A very pet friendly environment which is a plus for ones with fur babies! I was glad to renew my upcoming lease! Highly recommended for anyone looking to feel welcomed and safe! :)

Love living here. Everything I was looking for when it comes to renting is here. Love that there’s a 2 car garage. The dog park is huge. The pools amazing. The location is great, there’s always activities around the area to enjoy. This is a great place to be.

Back Again! 12/19/24 Months after moving to Tavalo Tradition Homes, I’m still beyond impressed. The leasing team, Ashley and Stephanie, exceeded my expectations from the start with their kindness, understanding, and professionalism, making my long-distance move as a single parent seamless. The community continues to be beautifully maintained, and the multiple clubhouse events have created a wonderful sense of connection with friendly and supportive neighbors. It truly feels like a little family here. The monthly variety of food trucks is such a thoughtful bonus, especially on busy workdays. The maintenance team’s promptness and friendly professionalism are unmatched, always handling requests quickly and efficiently. This community has been a safe, welcoming, and stunning place for my kids, senior dog, and me. I couldn’t recommend Tavalo Tradition Homes more!

We love Tavalo. It’s a beautiful and peaceful community. You would never know that it’s almost at full capacity and the amount of people living in the community. So well done, the units, the amenities, the layout of the community…we are very pleased. Has been a good experience just wish rent was more affordable but other that we have loved it here and got to meet good people and talk to neighbors

The community is great and every person I have met in the community is very friendly. The new pool, clubhouse and pickleball courts are great. The staff in the community has always been nice and says if there is anything they can do to please let them know.

My townhome is beautiful and has everything we need. I love the layout, and the fact I have a two car garage. For the price point this is definitely the best value for your money- the construction is definitely higher quality than the local competition. The homes are adorable and modern. I also love the fact there is no carpet and tile all throughout the downstairs and in the bathrooms.

Absolutely love the space and the community!! We have a pup and the dog park is HUGE which is a big plus for us. The space of the house is big and we love the little courtyard we get in between the house and the garage too

What a great community! All the staff are friendly and helpful. The pool and amenity center are beautiful, can't wait to use them. Our unit was very clean upon arrival and I look forward to our couch to arrive. Blue Stream Cable and Alarm were installed promptly and professionally.

I love the 24/7 gym and the great lawn and all the other amenities. This is also a great place for kids especially with the backyard set up. Kids can play and not have to worry about them running into the streets.

It’s a great & beautiful community! I have been living here since December and have seen the place fill up with new families. I love the location, we are close to multiple shopping center. There are great amenities: pool (still pending), club house, pickleball & gym. The 2 down sides, #1 the closet space is not ideal: the closet in the “master” is too shallow & small. These rooms are Junior Suites, each with their own bathroom (if you’re in a 2 bedroom). #2 the pool was set to be done May: August just started & we still are waiting for it the pool to open. Overall, I highly recommend the community.

Outstanding staff and townhouse is beautiful. We love going on walks and riding are bikes. The gym is great as well. The maintenance guys are awesome. Show up quickly and super friendly.

Clean, quiet, and very well developed! My kids fell in love with the community as soon as I drove them in. They love the house and can't wait to experience the pool. My wife and myself will be trying the gym today. Very "homey"!

Staff is very friendly very helpful everything is super clean and new love living here! The dog park is a huge field. The pool is looking fantastic. This place is checked off every amenity I am looking for!

Great experience, management team is welcoming and very responsive. The grounds are well kept by the landscaping team plus we are impressed by our unit that is within walking distance of Tradition square. Ashley and Stephanie are awesome, thank you for a great experience.

I recently went through the leasing process for my new apartment at Tavalo Tradition Homes, and it was incredibly easy and painless.
