Living in Tavalo Traditions has been fairly problem free with exception of there being no enforcement of parking rules and difficulty of delivery with having my front door on the street. The staff is great and the grounds stay clean and beautiful.

Ever since my tour all the way to my moving day and the couple days I’ve been living here, this community has been one of the best ones I’ve ever lived at. Love the cleanliness of community areas, love the customer service provided by all staff members and love the way the apartments are made, you can’t hear any noise at all from apartment to apartment. 10/10!

The neighborhood is great and the neighbors that I have met are nice. There are neighbors that I have not met before but they will wave as they are driving by.
Ashley is amazing! She explains everything about the home and procedures. The home smell good when I arrived and the gift was so beautiful. I absolutely love it here. Everyone is so nice, the homes are updated, they are smart equipped, and have so much storage. The staff is always willing to do anything they can to help and always so amazing to work with. I moved in sight unseen moving from Arizona, and the staff made me feel so confident and answered all my questions I had. It was such a seamless transition. I am so glad I moved in!

Love living here. Everything I was looking for when it comes to renting is here. Love that there’s a 2 car garage. The dog park is huge. The pools amazing. The location is great, there’s always activities around the area to enjoy. This is a great place to be.

The leasing team, Ashley and Stephanie, exceeded my expectations from the start with their kindness, understanding, and professionalism, making my long-distance move as a single parent seamless. The community continues to be beautifully maintained, and the multiple clubhouse events have created a wonderful sense of connection with friendly and supportive neighbors. It truly feels like a little family here. The monthly variety of food trucks is such a thoughtful bonus, especially on busy workdays. The maintenance team’s promptness and friendly professionalism are unmatched, always handling requests quickly and efficiently. This community has been a safe, welcoming, and stunning place for my kids, senior dog, and me. I couldn’t recommend Tavalo Tradition Homes more!

We love Tavalo. It’s a beautiful and peaceful community. You would never know that it’s almost at full capacity and the amount of people living in the community. So well done, the units, the amenities, the layout of the community…we are very pleased. Stephanie also went above and beyond during the entire process of touring through after moving in to ensure my son and I were in the best situation possible. We also love the community events.
