Taravue Park

I never have anything to complain about. Neighbors are kind, no one seems to noisy, the staff is always ready to answer questions, when my ac went out last summer the staff came over bright and early on a Sunday morning to get it fixed in almost 100 degree weather!

Living At Taravue apartments just feels like a place to call home amenities are awesome and close to many stores for shopping and easy access to several interstates great location

So far so good I’m not gonna lie. Everyone seems nice and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone! And the staff is amazing. :D would recommend

Everyone is really nice. They also take great care of there apartments. I love the dog park, my dogs love running around. The maintenance team is very kind and understanding and gets the stuff done.

Love living here everyone is always so friendly. The workers here never fail to solve anything I need. I can’t wait for summer when the community to be all together

I love living here at Taravue Apts the residents that I know are very nice and friendly especially with my dog. The staff and Maintenance staff are amazing to work with when I need something fixed this is a great place to live.

Spacious, modern apartment with great amenities. Quiet neighborhood, but parking is limited. Overall, a great place to live! Would recommend to anyone

Helpful, polite staff. Apartment was very clean upon move in, and very quick to make any repairs needed. On site laundry facility is great, and very reasonably priced

I love the responsive staff and the student discount I get for living here while enrolled in college part time. The walls are really thin though, so I'm always cold. Budget a little more for AC unit usage and overall this will be an affordable, nice place to live.

Taravue Park Apartments has been a great place to live due to the landscaping, residents, security, and management to include the maintenance team. The staff has been professional and courteous to all requests and concerns. It has been a pleasure to live here in the community.

Neighborhood nice and peaceful, i really Enjoy my new apartment! Love everything about it very spacious. Neighbors aren’t too loud nor their pets lol

The entire staff is great. Take care of my issues inn a timely manner.They are always friendly and show they care about the community. Ever since Stephanie was put in as manager things have gotten so much better and continue improving.

Great place to live very conveniently located to most major interstates and roads close to many shopping centers and many food establishments

It’s been pretty good so far.Really enjoyed the pool this past summer,& the pavilion w the bar b q grills.Had a couple of nice bbq’s there.Also saw how they replaced some of the poolside furniture very nice.Seems a lot cleaner this year.I like how they painted the outside of our complex,& also appreciate the maintenance men always show up in a timely manner,& most of the time correct the issue

Air conditioning hasn’t worked properly in years, even with multiple maintenance inspections. apartment can get up to 90 degrees with the central unit running. I’ve spent over $1000 for portable units in each room. Other than that not bad. Friendly property staff, responsive to issues brought to them (other than the ac issue). Maintenance promptly fixes most problems. Haven’t had any issues with parking or safety. Overall not a bad experience.

have been living here for about 4 months now and it has been an all around good experience. the dog park is super nice and so is the pool. overall good place to live

Very good so far. I moved in this apt complex in the middle of August. And so far so good. ?? It's hard to find parking sometimes but O manage.

I’ve been in 7 different apartments since I started college in 2018, this is by far and away the best taken care of facility I have lived in. Anytime I have an issue, it is fixed within 24hrs. Very good staff, solid neighbors, and quick police presence if necessary.

I love living here at Taravue apts people are nice and friendly and the staff are very nice and helpful meeting my needs. I love the area I’m in it’s close to my job and everything I need to get to.

I love TARAVUE. It’s been an amazing 2 years. The community is great, the improvements being made are outstanding. Couldn’t ask for much more.

Outdated apartments Good experience though, front office are super polite and do get service request done reasonably. Update the air for the studios, come winter/summer the little window unit is not enough

Nice and quiet at night , people are nice, their pets are cute as well and the amenities are always kept clean and well maintained, pool is always clean and ready to be used when in season

Stephanie is an amazing leasing manager ! Wouldn’t stay without her she keeps the place up to date and stays on top of things. Always makes sure I’m comfortable in my “home”

It's clean and quiet here. I've meet a few neighbors who seem nice too. I'm adjusting well. I enjoy having a downstairs unit. The parking is very accommodating.

It’s a nice community and some of the residents are friendly. Parking is sketchy at times especially the weekends and some weekdays. Otherwise good

Pricing of units is good, location to commerce is amazing, amenities are very good and I've had some really good neighbors. Can't think of anything else to say.

The staff is amazing. Respectfully and eager to work with you. They care about the property and the residents. Their above and beyond service is superior.

Love the entire staff always friendly and helpful. If there are issues taken care of in a timely manner. Would like a few more trees in my area but everything is great

I have no complaints about the facilities or the surrounding neighborhoods. They are always willing to help and rhe maintenence is great and on top of things. Pet friendly so you get to make furry friends and hangout at the pavilion and doggy park

I’m very happy w all the updates that were done around the complexes.They turned out amazing.I also read that the end of swim season @ Taravue park they have a doggie swim.I think that’s awesome

This apartment complex is pet friendly. It also has a really nice fitness room and pool. The apartment complex and it's grounds are quiet, and well maintained.

Great place to live and all the staff and maintenance are wonderful to work with and very convenient to all the interstates I would recommend this place to live to my family and friends

Staff is helpful and friendly. Maintenance is quick on problems. Greet amarities. Friendly place. Only downside is depending on your complex you may be close to the interstate, so it's a little loud at night. Would recommend

Thumbs up for everything. Maybe installing security cameras wouldn't be a such a bad idea and I'm sure most would agree that more parking lot lights would be helpful. Not all areas but some.

I love it at Taravue Park Apartments the staff are wonderful and very helpful and the maintenance staff are wonderful. I love some of my neighbors they are very nice and friendly and the complex is close to everywhere I need to go to. The area is very nice.

Taravue park is a great place to live especially if it’s your first apartment the staff is amazing! The amenities are awesome and it’s a peaceful place.

I absolutely love it here, Taravue is the best the staff is so friendly and they always have your back, and the community is amazing and quiet.

They just finished up some exterior work and the place just looks even more beautiful than it already did! Neighbors are kind and they are always looking out for one another too!

Outdated air conditioning. Window units do not provide enough for the extreme heats of STL in the summer boosting your electric bill. If they could fix that it would be amazing

Experience has been satisfactory, but having to use a cane on steps without railings is difficult. The apartment has everything a person would need to live comfortably The neighbors are courteous and pleasant. My dog loves the dog park.

So far it’s been nice, the pool is great and super convenient gym and laundry room. Love the dog park! Been here for almost two years and never complained and never had a complaint. All is good.

Great amenities and great staff. Dumpster could be a little bit closer to the apartment though other than that great place to live and make new friends.

They’re super understanding and help you in any way they can. Far as rent, apartment supplies, and responding to your concerns. I do love these guys.

I’ve lived here a long time, and it’s been good overall. Maintenance usually fixes everything in a timely manner and are always kind and courteous.

Everyone that works here is super nice. Pool is awesome. Apartment is very spacious. I love that the offie emails me and tells me whats going on in the community.

The staff is awesome. It's quiet here and the maintenance is on top of repairs
