This is a great place to live. Management and maintenance are very responsive and friendly.

My husband and I were only in Virginia 4 days to look for a place to live, due to transfering. We looked at about 25 different apartments and narrowed down to 6. 3 were extremely over priced and 3 were in an average price range. Out of the three we chose to sign up with Tapestry Park. They have great rates and tons of amentities. My main goal was to find a place tucked away so there wouldn't be tons of traffic, fenced in patio, gym with actual equipment, gated, a dog park, grounds well taken care of and friendly staff. TAPESTRY PARK hit it out of the ball park! We don't move till November of 2016 but I know we will be well taken care of here. We were helped by Tracy during our application process and viewing of grounds and apartments. She was amazing! We also were in hopes for a 1st floor but at the time we signed up there was only a 3rd floor, they said if one came available in our time frame they would let us know. Less than 3 days of being approved for 3rd floor, a 2nd floor opened up and they immediately emailed and called with the great news. KIERSTEN AND TRACY ARE AMAZING. We are happy with our decision, which now makes us excited to be moving to Virginia.

Tapestry Park Apartments is a great place to live. Location, location, location—the complex is easy to get to because two interstate highways run nearby. The property itself is located off the main highway, nestled in a private, scenic area. It’s conveniently located in walking distance of two supermarkets, banks/credit unions, restaurants, a hospital and general stores. I feel safe in the community starting at the automatic gate to the well-lit corridors and breezeways. The grounds are clean and well manicured. My neighbors have all gone through a background check the same as I have. But, if I do have a security concern during the night, a courtesy officer is just a phone call away. The inside of my apartment is modern, spacious with two large full bathrooms (one with double sinks), 9-foot ceilings, a master bedroom suite with a walk-in and separate linen closets. The kitchen has a pantry and all appliances (washer and dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave oven) are supplied at no extra charge. And, I love the valet trash removal. I just put my trash outside my door and it’s picked up automatically. I feel like I’m on vacation year round. Of course, it has all the amenities of a club house, swimming pool, exercise room and Wi-Fi café area. I’m feeling privileged to live in this development.

Tapestry park is a true diamond in the rough in the plethora of apartment opportunities in Virginia. With a beautiful area, well kept grounds, gated security with an on call police officer located on the grounds, and friendly customer service I would definitely recommend this place to any seeking an apartment in the Norfolk/ Virginia Beach area. Any sort of entertainment or necessities such as grocery stores or restaraunts are within a short driving distance in beautiful Chesapeake. The apartments themselves are very clean and the pet policy is reasonable as well. Maintenance responds to any issue within a reasonable time and does the job without leaving a trace. The customer center also hosts family events to bring the community closer together. My name is Lev and I reside in building 716 apartment 334 and overall, my review is a clean 10 out of 10.

Tapestry Park is second to none with it's unique style and location. The residents are all wonderful as well as the staff!!! There is such a sense of peace enjoyed living at Tapestry that I have never experienced before. The landscaping is breathtaking and there is no better place I would rather be than my apartment after a long days work.

It's beautiful, well that isn't good enough, it's simply gorgeous. very secure, it's a quiet place, it's a friendly place. My home is very close to my work. Landscaping is very well done. The atmosphere is fresh and seems to be smoke free. The office is beautiful and the office team is friendly. Feels like home. I would recommend living at Tapestry Park. I do not want to move however I need help staying in this community simply because I don't make enough, though it's worth it.

What an amazing place to call home? I have had the pleasure to receive keys to such an amazing apartment! The neighborhood is tucked away just enough to enjoy the nature that can be seen from a peek out your window. Tapestry Park has a beautiful resort style clubhouse and pool with someone just around the corner to greet you with a friendly smile. I remember I met with the leasing consultant to view the apartment model and was stoked ever since. The application process was a breeze and I felt confident that I had made a great choice. I didn't feel rushed or unwanted. The staff are amazing and the apartments are even better. If anyone were to ask if I'd renew my lease, I'd have to say, "Well... It would be my pleasure!"

Tapestry Park is a great place to reside. It isvery quiet, have a pool, always spe ial event monthly to attend, where you mingle with you neighbors. Ita a gates community and ypu feel safe at all times. It next to Chesapeake Regional Hospital and very convenient when having to shop, because their are plenty of stores, banks gas stations, schools, churches, mall, courts, library and interstate here very close by. If I could purchase an apartment here at Tapestry Park Apartments, I would do so immediately! I am a proud tenent at Tapestry Park Apartments.

I am on my second year now, living at Tapestry Park Apartments and my family and I love it. The office staff is very friendly, and the maintenance personal are very courteous and knowledgeable. The community is very friendly and I have no complaints. There are events that are hosted by Tapestry Park like socials and pool parties. BBQ grills located close to you now matter where you live, so that was a plus for me as I love to grill. My kids love the park and like to take our dog for a walk. We feel safe. I have even left my apartment unlocked and car unlocked and windows down through out the day and over night several times by accident with no incidents. That says a lot about the place I live in. I just like it, it just feels right living there. I almost for got to mention that they also have garages and storage rooms available so I don't have to rent a unit at a U-Haul place that is far away. Excellent to store your car or just other goods for people who are downsizing like we where. I can honestly say that you will not regret living there. It is a great location, with everything you can possibly need or want within 5 to 10 min. Stop by and check them out, I know it will be your last search in finding a home.

Loving my apartment!! "Tapestry Park". My husband and I were homeowners and living in a 2700 square foot home for 14 years. We decided to downsize and move into an apartment. This was one of the best decisions that we have made in our lives. This area feels like a resort and vacationing area. The apartments are very spacious, the grounds are gorgeous and the staff is wonderful!!

I found Tapestry Park Apartments after returning from deployment. After searching countless apartment community's once I arrived I knew this was the one. With great move in specials and friendly staff you'll feel right at home. The gym is up to date and you can request more equipment if needed. The pool is well maintained and equipped with speakers to add to the experience. Maintenance is always prompt and professional. Overall a wonderful community for every life style single, family,student everyone!

I have lived in Tapestry Park apts for 3 years & absolutely love every minute. The staff are very friendly & courteous. The neighborhood is so quiet any time of the day or night. You can actually walk any time as well. It is centrally located to many areas of shopping, banking, recreation, & medical facilities. I love the amenities that they offer (pool, playground, grill area, car wash, etc). The clubhouse is so inviting when you first walk in. All of my friends comment on how well the grounds are kept. I couldn't have picked better place to live

I love Tapestry! My husband and I have lived here for 3 years and we don't want to leave. We are so happy here and have no complaints. The apartments are very spacious and beautiful. We have a 2 bedroom apt that is huge. There are high ceilings which makes it even more grand along with the nice light fixtures and the balcony. Each room is on the opposite side of the house for privacy which works really well when our family comes to visit. They have the their own suite and bathroom and we have ours. We also appreciate the laundry room with washer and dryer allowing us to do our laundry in the comfort of our home. Don't forget that Sunday through Thursday your trash is picked up. The grounds are very well kept and neighbors are friendly. I enjoy going to the gym and walking around the community which allows you to meet your neighbors. The staff is very good at sending updates via email and they are always keeping us informed of any changes or social events at the apartments. Last but not least, Tapestry is a gated community. Nothing better than feeling safe at home. We absolutely love it here and know that you will too.

Tapestry has the feel of home. Upon entering the grounds there is an enviting and appealing atmosphere that attracts persons inquiring and then retains them as residents. I have been a resident at Tapestry Park Apts. for 18 months. Initially I rented a 1 bedroom, and that was PERFECT for me. The apartment was spacious, laid out well, and had all the amenities I was looking for, including a full size washer and dryer! I love the patio, I looked out over the lake, our dog park and lush landscaping. The property is beautiful. Landscapers are here twice a week to maintain all the flowers, trees and greenery. The pool area is super clean and I love the speaker rocks with the constant music during pool hours. The fitness center is an added bonus (that I should utilize more!) all the equipment is well maintained and kept clean. The maintenance staff is super helpful. I can be needy, but they never complain and always handle my concerns quickly, efficiently, and with a smile. I recently moved to a 2 bedroom unit. Its HUGE! The office staff made my transition easy and seamless. They host social events throughout the year so there are always opportunities to meet my neighbors and enjoy this beautiful place we call home.

I'm truly impressed with Tapestry Park, everything thus far has been top notch and the staff and customer service has been extremely helpful. With situation of relocating to a new area I couldn't have been more lucky to become a resident here. The properties portal and online services allow for area new/updates.

Tapestry Park is a great community to live in! Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, timely response to maintenance requests, great pool and fitness center! I love living here, especially because of the valet trash system. Also, I never have a problem with parking or surrounding noise. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

We've lived here for a year and so far it's been great. It's a very quiet community and I love that it's tucked away behind the hospital. My favorite part of the apartment is the spacious patio. We sit outside all of the time! The maintenance staff is simply amazing. They respond to any issues right away and they're just so friendly. The grounds are very well maintained and clean. The only con thus far is our carpet. It is so dingy and you can tell it was not replaced before we moved in. The tenants before us also had a dog therefore our dogs picked up on the scent and definitely marked their territory. Being in the military, we've lived in alot of apartments and this is the first time we've had a problem with our dogs peeing inside. It's been frustrating and even had to pay $100 to fix an area they were constantly marking. Other than the carpet, the apartment is nice. We've enjoyed living here.

My family and I have now been living at Tapestry Park Apartments for about 15 months now and we have thoroughly enjoyed our living experience. It started with the from office staff who has been flawless in customer service. They have held many community -wide functions so all the tenants can get to know each other, which is important to safety and security to trust your neighbors. This apartment complex has everything...grills, nice pool, good common area, nice play area for my kids, and a dog park for the pet lovers. I am in the military, and recently deployed, and Tracy has been so helpful with our mail, checking on our stuff, and helps move our vehicles while we are not there. I highly recommend considering living here. You won't regret it, as we liked it so much we just renewed our lease for another year. Dan H.

When you first turn into medical parkway, you seem really confused as to how there's an apartment complex behind a hospital, but then you get to the end of the road and see a beautiful complex hidden. I love how close we are to everything: restaurants, salons, grocery stores, banks, and schools. Even though we are minutes from all this stuff, somehow the complex is extremely quiet and relaxing. The only sound I ever hear is the fountain spraying water from the lake in the middle of the complex. Besides the perfect location, there are great amenities within Tapestry; 24 hour gym, dog park, pool, playground, car wash, and valet trash to name a few. We looked at a lot of complexes before choosing this one and we believe that we got the whole package. Great location plus the best price for the square footage we got. Highly recommend Tapestry!

Tapestry parks apartments is beautifully tucked away in the heart of Chesapeake. It has all the amenities you need or want. The staff, hands down, are the most courteous and respectful I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I came from California where they don't know customer service. I will and Have highly recommended them to family and friends. I've lived here for over a year now and will continue to do so.

Tapestry Park is extremely clean, has the nicest staff members and residents. I love the pool and dog park! Maintenance is done regularly so you never have to worry about a thing, really. I love living in Tapestry Park, it's HOME.

We've been here for almost a year, our lease is up in about 2 weeks, and we're moving pretty soon for reasons other than a problem with the complex. I will say, today was the first complaint I've had with this apartment complex and it was pretty major. We had a "preventative maintenance" inspection today while my fiancé and I were at work. When she arrived at our apartment this afternoon, the door was completely left unlocked, which is completely not ok. We have 5 laptops, 2 of which are MACs, 2 tablets, a desktop, two TVs and a house full of things we received at our bridal shower this past weekend. This has been a great apartment complex and very helpful, this is the only complaint I've had in almost a year. Overall, I would recommend this complex to anyone.
