Tapestry at Hollingsworth Park

Excellent lifestyle at Tapestry! Management is responsive and interested in needs of tenants. Maintenance staff is efficient and prompt in filling requests.

Tapestry is a clean, quiet apartment community with a great location as it is centrally located within the Greenville area and is close to the Swamp Rabbit Trail extension via Legacy Park. The property is well managed with responsive leasing and maintenance teams, and the grounds are well kept. The community also feels very safe. One thing that did not meet my expectations was the quality of appliances and fittings. I have stayed in two apartments at Tapestry and while the first was very well furnished with new / high-quality appliances and fittings, the second had a very low quality kitchen faucet, a bath tub that was not well supported underneath, and a laundry machine that didn't complete the spin cycle. This is not the quality of furnishings that I expected from a community of this caliber. Overall though it's one of the best apartment communities I've lived in and I would highly recommend.

I've lived at The Tapestry since 2020, so I've seen quite a bit over the years — the good, the not-so-good, and everything in between. The management team has gone through quite a few changes, and with that have come both challenges and improvements. Like any community, there have been ups, downs, and all-arounds, but I’ve stuck with it because I believe in giving the benefit of the doubt, and I’ve seen the effort that’s gone into making this a better place to live. There have been moments where the experience has really shined — whether it was attentive staff, community events, or just the peaceful atmosphere. And while not every chapter has been perfect, I appreciate that there's a genuine desire to improve and grow. Here’s hoping that The Tapestry continues on a path of positive momentum. I’m rooting for it and everyone who calls it home.

We’ve been here a week and were welcomed with ants in the kitchen and den, a detached and broken dryer vent, shower that won’t drain, and valet has picked up our trash once. Maintenance has been working on emergency since we moved in, so they can’t come to fix anything - but our patience is appreciated… We also had an old water filter when we moved in, but after filing a request, waiting, and then going to the front office a very nice employee came to fix at least that. Hoping that this will all be resolved and the next review will be much improved!

Great location. Legacy Park and access to the Swamp Rabbit Trail are nearby. Quiet community. Staff is attentive. And, now, NO smoking!! No reason to leave.

Everyone has been so helpful and nice. It's been fantastic. Our care package on move in day was absolutely the greatest down to the hand written letter. The whole process was quick and easy. Probably one of, if not, the best communications I have received when moving into a new apartment.

Everything is very good. I do wish people would make a better effort of picking up after there Doggies. There are bags and stations throughout the complex.

I have been living here since 2020. The management has changed a couple of times. Nevertheless, I've always had a nice experience. They have a wonderful maintenance crew who are readily available and the management staff are very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend living at the Tapestry.

I love the neighborhood and complex, I would recommend to friends. I enjoy that I can walk to the park and walk around the complex. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. Noise is rarely an issue. The place is clean and safe.

We have been warmly welcomed at Tapestry since the very first day we stopped by to check the place out. Sam was more than incredible. She answered every question, made us feel at home and made us want to live here! That was in late November. Since that day, we have not been disappointed!

Very peaceful and quiet community! I’ve enjoyed living here for 3 years. Location is convenient! My only issue is the limited parking. After working a long night shift for USPS I would like not having to walk across the complex just to get home. Other than that I would rate this community 5 stars.

We love this place! We will only leave once it's time to buy a house. The place is clean, in a fantastic neighborhood, and the monthly resident events are usually really cute! It is very hard to reach the front office by phone, so you will have better luck going and talking in person. Otherwise, the staff is super friendly and maintenance is quick and easy.

Love this community and the location! It truly doesn't feel like an apartment complex at all and everyone is very sweet and respectful. My only complaint would be about the main office staff. They are bad at communicating and offering quick answers or solutions to problems. Half the time, the office isn't even open and phones are not being answered. A staff that was always present and consistent with communication and updates would warrant a 5 star review.

I have lived here since the summer of 2020 and I love my apartment. The staff is very nice and the maintenance technician is always readily available. The neighborhood is very beautiful and legacy Park is right down the street. It's close to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely suggest living in the tapestry of Hollingsworth Park.

Living at Tapestry has been a wonderful experience! The leasing process is smooth and efficient. My apartment was beautiful when I moved in, I’m so happy!

So far I love it here. It’s clean and feels very safe. It’s a beautiful neighborhood in a beautiful area. The tapestry team does a great job.

My experience here has been wonderful. I feel well taken care of by the staff. Landscaping is kept up, monthly events are fun, maintenance always does a good job.

High price but very good neighborhood and location. We have some bug issue because we are in first floor. Leasing office employees are okay.

Great area of town and a beautiful community to live in. A lot within walking distance and biking distance. Quiet for being right off Woodruff Rd.

We have had the best residential experience living here! We have never experienced any problems with our apartment. Location is everything to be desired. Great amenities! Maintenance is always on top of everything. Office staff is the best! Samantha is the sweetest! We can't think of a better place to call home!!!

I moved to The Tapestry in 2020. I am still here because I really like this apartment complex! The manager is great and truly cares about the residents. The maintenance staff is very thorough and has a quick response time. The location is beautiful and close to everything that you would need such as shopping, parks, many restaurants etc. This is a wonderful place to call home.

This is by far the best neighborhood and area that I have lived in since I moved up this way. The staff in the office is by far amazing and always make sure they help you with anything that you need. Great community

It appears that residents are not taking the concept of “picking up after your pet” very seriously. I find “large gifts” all over even within steps of the bag/can stations. Please do the right thing.

I love this neighborhood! Well built apartments with nice amenities and close to everything you need. The price is very manageable and accessible.

Love living here and being able to walk to Legacy Park everyday. The only downside is that your neighbors can be loud if you're living on the lower floors.

I have lived here since 2020 and have had a very good experience. The apartments are very beautiful and the location is wonderful! If you have a dog, it's a great place to live because legacy Park is right down the street. The staff is very friendly and truly care about the residents.

We are new to the community. I like the neighborhood feel. The neighbors seem very nice and so far it’s been very peaceful. The location is also excellent. It’s walking distance to restaurants and a coffee shop and easy access to the swamp rabbit trail.

It is nice and quiet just how I enjoy it. The neighbors are really friendly . They also clean up behind the pets which is always a plus. And the staff is always on time and ready when needed

I love tapestry! Very home like feel and during the warmer months, the pool area is spectacular. Maintenance requests are always completed in a timely manner and the leasing office is always helpful in whatever questions I have. I recommend living here, it has so far been a great place to stay!

Would not not recommend and it has traumatized me to the point I am renting a house. There was mold that took months to fix, ac constantly broke in the summer. Issue after issue including workers smoking and leaving cigarette butts for dogs to eat. Never would rent here and would never recommend it to anyone.

We have lived here about a year and can't complain about anything except for the parking issue. Only a small issue at times! Maintenance is top notch! Any problems we have had, they are here within 24 hours or less. Apartment is GREAT!!! Would 100% recommend! Very quiet where we are and we enjoy our space. Special shout out to the neighbors that looked for our dog when she got out. Unfortunately, she was never found but one neighbor went over and beyond to look for her. We are super satisfied!

We love living here, beautiful community and great location being so close to the swamp rabbit trail. Maintenance is responsive and quick, front staff is nice and tries to get to you know you well. Cute events about every month too.

I have been here since July of 2020. The apartment layout is beautiful. The location is wonderful! It's near parks, shopping, restaurants, etc.

Great apartment community in a very nice neighborhood. New access to the SRT from Legacy Park is a huge plus. The noise level is about what you'd expect from a rental apartment complex. Wish it could be improved! But otherwise the community is still within a great environment.

Management & familiar faces keep changing -not as personable as it has been in the past -they are trying - but it’s pet friendly & maintenence is good

So, far our experience has been good. Hope to have a good time in here and enjoy the experience in the months to come. My commute to school is way better then before and location is excellent. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and pleasant.

We love this apartment complex. We searched and searched before realizing that The Tapestry/Willow Bridge stood out above the rest, and within reasonable price ranges! There are lots of floor plans to choose from, the amenities are great, dog friendly, wonderful front office staff and maintenance team. One of the the things we love most is that everyone has their own private entrance to their apartment and all stairs are located indoors. It gives it that home-y feel! We've called this home for two years and have not had any issues. 10/10 recommend!

Leasing manager has been helpful. Neighbors are friendly, and it is a quiet community. The surrounding area is very nice with lots of shopping and stores around.
