The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Tapestry at Granville
Please don't waist your time with this place. Do your research before looking into these apartments. My family has lived here for a few years and our appliances haven't worked correctly if at all. The manager has the biggest ego and if you ever have an issue she threatens to rip up your lease and bullies you until you either move or let the issue go. If you persist with complaining she will do everything in her power to make you miserable until you leave. If you have appliances that don't work she will have the maintenance staff "fix the issue" which more often than not doesn't work. The apartments are full of Embery-Riddle students and a good number of them are rude and party at all hours. They also house a number of Muslim students who have assaulted veterans and women here and again the manager does nothing. The office staff is ok. Bonnie is the only one who is willing to try and help but is often shot down by the manager Denette. In the end Denette is all about profit and not about making this a better community. I would advise anyone looking to move here to look some place else and do your research about this place. Many of the complaints revolve around Denette. Many of the positive reviews are often her posting them and not former residents.
I have lived here over 3 year's and find it a fantastic place to live. I don't understand someone saying the office is rude I have never had a problem with anyone there. I love my apartment and how clean it is. If something happens with something in your unit you just fill out a service order and it gets fixed. I have been at the office where renters will go in the office and get rude with the office staff and the renter becomes out of line. I work in customer service for 44 years and find people that write nasty reviews usually are the ones that treat others poorly. But to each their own. This is a great place to live if you follow the rules and respect your neighbors.
Tapestry at Granville is one of the few nicer apartments in the tri city area. My wife and I had a 1 bedroom apartment which was small but comfortable as our first place to live. Huge walk in closet and nice washer and dryer are the amenities that give this apartment luxury status. The only negatives that I have are the staff members who did a very poor job on the previous tenants move out inspection because there was dog hair everywhere and they are just generally rude people; also, the fitness center is very small with the majority of the equipment either broken or lacking necessary parts for them to be effective. Overall, pretty good experience if you don't have to deal with management often. I would recommend this apartment.
