Apartments are nice, front office and maintenance staff are great. The property is quiet with lots of walking areas for dogs and a huge dog park. Yaya in the front office is great

cabinets are old , kitchen floors need to be updated , parking is crazy for all the rent amount you should be able to park in a spot regardless per lease. Bugs are ridiculous uncontrolled , trash is being charged but many times have missed picking up trash .

My mother lived here for 15 years. She always paid her rent on time and was never a problem. When she grew older and could not live on her own any longer (especially in a 2nd floor apartment she could not get out of in an emergency), she was forced to break her lease about 3 months early. Her apartment was rented almost right away at about $400 more/month than she was paying but the leasing office still sent her a bill for almost $3,000. Other companies were sympathetic to her situation but not Tampa Woods - they were heartless. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Been here for 2 years and the people in the apartment complex could care less about you and your safety. “We do not care about your safety.” I was told just now. -Building caught fire and forced us to leave for a few nights, apartment had no care in the world to help. -Parking is a huge issue. Forced me to walk half a mile in the dark WITH NO SIDEWALK because there is no parking. Even if you pay rent and if they run out of parking. To bad. Got to walk in the middle of the road. -Better hope you AC doesn’t go out. My neighbors went 2 months without it. -Washer Machine has been needing a fix for a month now. You get what you pay for here. PLEASE do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I won’t recommend this apartment to anyone, as management doesn’t care of residents at all. They don’t act on the service requests immediately or on same days. Faces AC problem multiple times and this don’t addressed immediately due to which I had to spend whole night without AC.

I don't recommend Tampa Wood apartment. While you leave the apartment they charged you anything and they took almost all your security deposit. I experienced the same. I paid $299 as security deposit, but while returning the refunded only $34. They put the unrealistic charges on my head. So please be careful while choosing such apartment.

This is the WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX I have ever had the displeasure of living with. The staff was extremely unhelpful and apathetic. My car was broken into, and keyed on multiple occasions. The property management's response was, due to fair housing, we can't help. Maintenance was always late, and only 1 employee worked there for longer than the year I lived here. They are quick to give you information when you arrive, but aren't available when you leave.

Staff has attitude. Parking is atrocious. 4 2-bedroom apartments have 3 parking spots and 1 handicap. And they expect you not to park on the grass where they WILL tow. They're contracted with tow companies to take your car 30 miles away. Goodluck getting it back anytime soon. MOLD EVERYWHERE. Probably from all the leaks that are barely able to be controlled via the shower and out into the walls and floor. Lots of Dogs, no Dog stations. About 4-5 dogs pick up zones for about 40-50 buildings? 1 dog station per 10 buildings? Great! Overall, bad pay, bad service, bad living. 0/5 stars if I could. Disappointed renter.

The complex was recently sold which has caused several problems. Management is unwilling to do anything to remedy the situation. If I dealt with my customers the way they do I'd be out of business.

As a employee and resident of Camden Woods. I have nothing, but great things to say about this property. It is a very quiet, and well maintained with a great set of amenities. Maintenance is very prompt and professional. It is very close to area bridges and airport, and close to several of Tampa's big attraction. It's a great place to live and in a great location.

I lived here last year and for the square footage and very fast maintenance service, I highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a large one bedroom with washer and dryer included! Please just give them a chance, you will not be disappointed, that is for sure.

It was necessary for me to move after living in the same house for 5 years. It has been very difficult trying to find a new home after so long in one location. The wonderful staff at Camden Woods have helped me at every opportunity. After a couple of false starts, I found the the perfect apartment. It has a beautiful reserve view and I felt instantly at home. I look forward to many years with these great people in my digs.

I have lived at Camden Woods for 4 1/2 years. The apts are large and spacious. Maintenance at this community is unbelievably great! Most calls are handled within 15 to 30 minutes!!! The community garden is beautiful and lighted so you can work in it in the evening. Grounds are beautifully maintained. Staff people wave and smile at you as you go through the community. This is not an apartment - this is my home. From the pools, fitness center, pet area, tennis courts, or community garden, there is something here for everyone!!! Find your new home here!!!!

I love my apartment! The management and maintenance team are helpful and prompt. I appreciate that my apartment has a great layout that works with all of my furnishings. I think it is a great deal for the price and the neighbors are a community that look out for each other. Many of the people I have met here have lived here for many years, and don't hesitate to say hello or offer to help if you're carrying something heavy. I haven't had neighbors like that for years and so appreciate feeling like I have found a home.

It is a great community and great apartment, but it be even better if they upgraded the kitchen, bathrooms and floors thru out with something of this century. You are getting the most square footage for the price in this area. And yes my dog lives the apartment more than i do. She loves the dog park and the wash station. Maintenance staff and Office staff are very polite and attentive to our needs. And in that note, we just renewed for our 2 year lease. We love you Camden!!!

Our 1400 square foot apartment at Camden Woods is spacious, homey and provides the perfect amount of comfort. We have a fireplace in the middle of the apartment that I CANNOT wait to to use in the winter with my fiance, puppies and a cup of hot chocolate. The workers here have been so helpful and attentive and found us the perfect place that we needed at the last minute. We're a newly engaged hard working, young couple that would LOVE the chance to save for our dream wedding while living in our wonderful Camden Woods apartment.

Have only lived here for a few months but everyone is friendly and when you have an issue they fix it within 24 hours. Love it here.

Camden is wonderful to live in their comfort and space, I like that the rooms and bathrooms are large, very comfortable kitchen, the patio is spectacular I can look my plants and flowers. I feel calm Safety and playgrounds are definitely passive where you can walk or sit and read a book, and is special because I appreciate and care for animals when I do a walk can appreciate the ducks, turtles, squirrels and breathing air pure with lots of trees and green areas that I find here. I love the dog park can play and learn many dog ??breeds and interact with neighbors. pools are fascinating and spacious and if I want to keep fit, I go to the gym and find the perfect machine to help me look good. The group maintenance and office staff are really great and friendly make me feel at home. neighbors are very nice and pleasant at night and rest quietly. I love living in Camden, I'll be here for a long time.

I love Camden Woods as it is very convienent to everything that a single mom would need. The public bus, restaurants, grocery store, gas station, pharmacy, retail stories as well as fast food stores within walking distance. Who could ask for anything more with a teenager. The highway is also fairly close. The other best part is you would never guess we are right in the thick of it all because it is hidden. Take the nice drive in away from the hustle and bustle where you enter a complex with a very nice staff ashlars saying hello and wanting to make sure everything is going well. They are always making changes and improvements to the complex so everyone enjoys and are at peace with where they live. I love my apartment with a teenager it is nice having space and enough room for each of us. The built in shelves are so nice to display all the family pics and there is plenty of storage space. Camden Woods the place to be.

Camden Woods is a wonderful place to live, from the office staff who will bend over backwards for you to the amazing maintenance staff who shows up right away no matter what the problem is. The apartment we are living in is HUGE, and for the money you can't find a one bedroom apartment in this area, this big. We ended up choosing this place over another apartment near here because of the pricing, the size of the apartment, and them being dog friendly. The amenities are of plenty here at Camden Woods. Dog clean up stations conveniently located around the grounds. There is also a rather large Bark Park near in the back of the complex. It doesn't sit unused either, it's a great place to take your dog or puppy out to socialize. There are also two pools here. The front pool is home to the office, as well as two propane grills. The back pool is home to the fitness center and several charcoal grills. In the back area of the complex we also have a resident garden area, generally provided by the Camden Woods office. On any given day you can drive by and see someone out there tending to the garden. Looks like a good harvest this year! In the very back of the complex there is an awesome car care center. Vacuum cleaner, pressure hose, all you need to bring is the soap and your washing tools. The staff at the office has neighbor parties, where you can attend, get some food and beverages and get to know your neighbors, which is really fun! We love living here at Camden Woods, if we can afford to stay, we would stay forever!
