I have been living here for three years and my experience has continually gotten worse while my rent keeps going up. These days there is dog crap all over the property from other renters who don't pick up after their pets, and you can count on being woken up between 7 and 8 a.m. at least two days a week by the lawn crew. There are other problems, too. For example, I have had maintenance workers leave my door unlocked on multiple occasions (while I was not home), and the security guard locks the laundry room 2 hours early every night, which is extremely unhelpful. I am currently looking for a new apartment because management is going to try and raise the rent again when my lease comes due and I'm not going to continue pay more for deteriorating living conditions.
Beautiful place to live and the staff is fabulous.
The staff is kind, helpful and take care of any problem you might have. The grounds are immaculate and the maintenance tend to work orders in a very timely manner. I would recommend this complex to everyone!
Moved in 3 years ago and this place was TOTALLY awesome but the last 1 1/2 years have been nothing short of HORRIBLE. All the people that USE to work here are gone and new mngmnt is nothing short of COMPLETELY incompetent. Amenities are grossly overrated.
I am glad I moved here. They have the most Professional Staff. Fantastic grounds. Maintenance requests are answered in a quick and professional manner. Just a great place place to live.
