Wanted to take a moment to write a review related to the new management (Manager). There have been almost immediate positive impacts, including cleanliness on and around the property, professional customer service with a great response time. I had a small issue and was able to communicate with the new manager. While speaking with the new manager, she actually listened, was caring and even provided several solutions. I normally do not go out of my way to provide a review, however with the past management being unorganized I wanted to acknowledge the new manager. Great job and I’m a happy tenant.
I have moved out. The management missed appointments for the move out review. Old management was very responseove. The maintenance dept. is pretty good. There are aggressive dogs off leash and dog poop everywhere outside.

It's a good community, I work long hours and coming home feels comfortable and relaxing. The staff has made living here very easy. They're friendly, professional, responsive and efficient.

Management has been great to work with. Roman G in particular is very professional and responsive to tenant needs and requests. The team focuses on tenant improvements and clean, safe living environment.
Our time here so far has been awesome! We absolutely love our apartment and community and are so happy we chose Bell Mt. Tam to be our home!
We are delighted with our experience here. The suites are beautifully designed with contemporary finishes and appliances. The amenities are great, the resident team wonderful and always helpful. The gym, pool and common spaces are well maintained and the support staff here do an amazing job of ensuring everything is clean and well maintained:)
We've been looking to rent in that apartment complex for a while - since 2020. My friends lived here, so I knew about convenient amenities, how apartments looked inside, etc. I must say that I am glad that the complex is now under Bell Partner's management, as I can tell that many things have improved under their management. We moved in a couple of months ago and are very happy here - the management office is very responsive and knowledgeable. Donnell is our guy for everything! Very pleasant to communicate with and is always willing to help.
Great location, management, and maintenance makes Bell Mt. Tam a great place to live.

Hello, I will soon reach my one year anniversary living at Bell Mt. Tam. While I am not a particularly critical person I must say that I have not a single criticism of how the property is managed. Management is incredibly responsive and caring and personally engaged. At times like these I feel that behavior is rare and so I appreciate the kindness I have very much enjoyed. I have also enjoyed meeting new residents here and as a result have felt community as well. My daughter is able to walk to school with her friends each day as the complex is well located. Shopping, transit, etc are all near at this highly convenient location.
Amazing community that makes you feel at home. The anemities are top class, nothing like ending the day sitting at the fire pit with a glass of wine. Highly recommend.

whatever you do, don't live here! you can't sign a lease longer than a year. rental increases are insane. you can't have a fob for anyone who is not on the lease and definitely not for your children when they come home from college. so you can also forget about having a housekeeper or dog walker come while you are at work. you also cannot leave a key in the office to accommodate anyone who needs access to your unit. one of my window does not close properly and never did so there is always a draft in my unit. in the almost four years that i have lived here the outside of the windows have only been cleaned once. office staff are generally annoyed with any requests.
My daughter and I have enjoyed living at Bell Mt. Tam for almost one year and have "settled in" to this very welcoming, safe and supportive environment. This has become "home" in the most positive sense. The location is extremely convenient to all services as well. Management is very responsive although there is little reason to contact management as to date not a single complaint can be voiced.
Great location and maintained well New management doing great and hss as be improved our package room!
