Talus is not only in an excellent location, but also has a high standard of cleanliness and pretty, modern looking apartments inside and out. If you're looking for a pet friendly location it also allows for that and includes a dog park and free doggie bags around property. In the summertime, there's even a pool. The staff here are very responsive and pleasant to talk to!

We have enjoyed living at Talus. The maintenance team is excellent. I have enjoyed the kitchen the most. It provides enough cupboard space and is very user friendly. It is exactly what we need with the exception of the small living room. Having just moved to Great Falls, Covid has prevented us from meeting others or taking advantage of the amenities.

I really love how trustworthy the neighbors are. You could be gone for a few days to a week or so, and your packages that you receive are remained untouched. The neighbors are quite respectful of others. The noise levels are contained, even though you might hear the neighbors a little. The noise is bearable, the walls are almost noise-canceling. It almost pretty quiet.

Talus is a great place to live, I appreciate the tall ceilings and personal balcony. I love the fact that it has a fitness room, club house, pool and building security features. It's close to my work, the hospital and shopping, making it very convenient for me. It is also on the edge of town, therefore there isn't much traffic noise to deal with.

The apartments are nice but very cheaply made. The management is absolutely awful treats the residents as children and has a access control system but doesnt know how to use it.

It is not worth the money unless you have no other choices. Staff in the office will not take the time to talk to you and feel they don't have to follow their own policies. They act like they are better than the tenants.

My daughter and I have been living at Talus for about a year and have had no problems. The staff is always helpful and Theresa (spelling?) came to check on me one day because I left my keys in the door. There are rules that have to followed, ex: no parking under carports unless you rent it (wont do that again)dogs on leash, picking up your dog's poop but that is one of the reasons why we like living here. I have never stepped in poop! Of course you hear your neighbors, it's an apartment, I am sure mine here me as well (sorry neighbors). We try to make it to the resident events but not always, when we do we have a good time. I do hope the rent doesn't go up to much at the end of my lease because I would like to stay longer.

I lived here for three & half months and thier lack of professionalism is atrocious, the first day I moved in, I got a compliant and a nasty email about noise, which is why I was evicted. Three strikes you are out however I was never given a final warning just a letter on my door. And the property manager Teresa happened to be off all weekend. I moved everything out in two days, left before the 14 day eviction was finalized, and slept in my vehicle instead of one more night in this place. If the pictures and marketing is getting to you, walk away and don't apply here

The apartment homes are like nothing in the Great Falls area. They are brand new and completely updated. It is very convenient that each unit comes with a washer and dryer. The downside is that these apartments are a bit pricey, but in my opinion well worth it. The staff there are very kind and very generous. We had a leak and they made sure it was fixed right away and even gave us a gift for the inconveniences.
