Property Ratings at Tallmadge Pointe
The photos shown do not give an accurate look at what these units actually look like. A new manager has taken over and it appears as if she is doing all she can to remove children from these units. They are not kept clean like shown in the photos, they are not friendly any longer like they were before the change over. Stay away the rent is ridiculously high and the management sucks
The property manager Lisa takes forever to respond to requests & doesn’t respond promptly. If you’re looking for a professional place to live ,look elsewhere management is poor.
We tried to get an apartment here. After turning in everything and paying the application fee, we got no answers. Two weeks later, 4 voicemails left for them, and multiple emails, we still had no answer. Managment is a mess and is not helpful at all. They practically lost our applications and were disrespectful and unprofessional
This was about the worse place to live. The previous management was horrible. You could never get anything fixed they would always say it's in your lease it is your responsibility to fix when it wasn't. The appliances were crappy out of date and barely worked. Plumbing was horrible don't get the stomach virus you will be out of luck. There is such a high turn around of neighbors no one is there longer than a year if even. It was quiet but now is super run over by kids. You can smell whatever your neighbors are doing smoke wise it will come in through the vents. Yes it says no smoking but they still do smoke in the units. I would not recommend this place to anyone not worth what you are paying a month in rent. I am not sure how long new management will be there they seem nice but I moved a month into them being there.
Easy to communicate with management, fast fixes if needed and an overall gorgeous unit. I would highly recommend living here!

I have lived here for a year and a half. The past few months there is new management and she is great! Before her this place deserved a 1 star, because of poor management, but the new management fixes any problem you have right away. Pretty quiet area, everyone is friendly. Laundry facilities are nice. Down sides - poor natural light. The living room and kitchen are very dark with just one small window, but it's a trade off for a good size bedroom and huge closet!
I loved living here! We would have stayed but we bought a house nearby. Its quiet, cozy and close to so much! We had an issue with management for a short while but the last few months they brought in new management and things were much better! Any issues we had previous were fixed right away. I would recommend Tallamadge Pointe to anyone!
If you're looking for a quiet, safe area this is the complex for you. The complex is small so there aren't a lot of tenants so it's pretty quiet most of the time. The Landlord is very proactive and gets things done quickly. It's located in a central area so you have only a short drive for gas, groceries, restaurants and shopping. There are also a ton of parks surrounding the area (the closest one is a two minute walk away!)
