Miss Rachelle is one of the sweetest mangers I've met! Both the mangers are super attentive and have helped me a lot when I moved in. The whole process was so smooth I couldn't be happier. The Maintenace is also same day, which is super amazing I barely have to worry about how long I need anything fixed. A good highlight to, to note is all bills included, makes paying my bill so easy every month. Thank you so much for my stay here! HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Every time I walk into the office everyone is so polite and happy to help me. Rachel is the friendliest person I've ever met and I've had all my questions and maintenance issues handled with a genuine smile.

I’ve been here about 2 almost 3 years now, and love it here! The atmosphere is very friendly and surprisingly quiet, which is so nice. Maintenance is always done in a timely manner and done well. Pest control comes every month. The front office always provides a quick breakfast every Thursday morning and the staff are all so sweet and accommodating. I’ve literally had no complaints since living here. I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay!

Lived here for almost two years, maintenance is fast, property is in good condition, management is responsive. The units themselves are good quality, not the newest appliances but not old either. Only downside is that you have to pay for laundry, but the complex laundry room is in good condition too and not expensive. Would recommend for anyone looking for walking/biking distance to SFA

My roommate and I have been living off campus for a couple of years now. Since moving out, we moved into Taliesin's Falling Water location, now into their 2x2 Redwood location. Both units have been wonderful and I couldn't ask for a better place to live while being a student at SFA. It makes the commute to class so easy by being just across the street. Management is very straight-forward and understanding. The maintenance team is spectacular by being so fast and efficient! I love being here at Taliesin.

I’ve never experienced quite an amazing place to live. It’s like a magical wonderland.

There is monthly pest control and maintenance comes in the same day you put in a request. They have fun events each month which can be snacks or games you can get from the main office. The people in the office are very nice as well

This property is amazing because of the amazing staff. The front office has Rachel, Olivia, and George. They are incredibly friendly and sociable. I find myself going into the office often to visit with them, because of how wonderful they are. The apartment also has weekly and monthly events, and some of them I take part simply because the staff is so nice! Even the Staff outside of the office is great. Omar, on the maintenance staff, is always courteous and efficient. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The floors have a unique texture and wood stain. The Property contains various types of trees, and it is incredibly beautiful on a walk to and from my apartment. (Especially right after it rains.) There is seldom too much noise even though it is right across from Stephen F Austin. This is perhaps my favorite apartment I have ever lived in. In you are looking for a place to live, and you want a supportive and friendly home. This is the place!

This complex has outstanding staff and amenities. The location is right across the street from the school and essentially at the center of Nacogdoches! The maintenance fixed issues very quickly and left my apartment without a trace that they were even there! Overall a great place to live and I highly recommend!

I have lived here for three years throughout my whole college career. It is the best complex by far. The units themselves are nice, the people who work in the office are some of the kindest people you could meet, and the complex itself makes you feel like your in a little cottage. Not to mention it's extremely close to campus. The one thing that makes this complex stand out from other complexes is the sense of community that is created between the residents and the people working in the office. If you are thinking about applying here absolutely do it because there is no better place!

As a student at SFA, Taliesin is the best off-campus housing option I could ask for. It's right across the street from SFA, and getting to my classes is as simple as crossing the street. They have airy, well maintained apartments with good views; my favorite is a tiny cactus growing out a rock outside my bedroom window, and this little green lizard lives there! The pool is in a garden courtyard, strewn with lovely plants and flowers. Their staff is friendly and they remember you. Plus, it's situated with some of the best restaurants in town. Living at Taliesin, for an SFA student, is having full benefit of campus life and services without the hassle of on-campus housing. And, you get to bring your cat too!
