Need some private space? Come into our individual private pods or use our conference rooms in the main lobby. Our units are newly remodeled and offer brand new quartz counter tops, beautiful faux-wood plank flooring, dual bathroom sinks, spacious counters, all appliances, and large bedrooms with walk-in closets. The furnishings include a media stand with a 50" LED TV, couch, side table, dining table with chairs, dish set, kitchen set, twin size bed (multiple beds provided for multiple occupants), dresser, and nightstand. The Tahitian Apartments offers Wi-Fi for our community rooms and pool area, secure access, security cameras, full time onsite management, after-hours emergency maintenance, bike racks and laundry room inside complex, close to UCSB, bus transportation, and scenic nature preserve!

The Tahitian was great, I’ve been living there for two years. There seemed to be a minor bug problem but that was fixed pretty fast. It’s a quiet neighborhood if you’re looking to get away from the craziness of IV but still close enough to walk to restaurants. Carlos, the maintenance guy is the best! He’s always friendly and has been there whenever something went wrong in my apartment. He is definitely someone you can rely on!
