I’m Ruth, and I want to thank the staff (Isabel, Jaime, and Aleix) at the Taft Plaza apartment complex where I live. They’ve always been attentive, professional, and quick to respond to any requests or maintenance needs. The common areas are kept clean and organized, and they’re always willing to help with a positive attitude. I feel at ease and well-cared for as a resident. Thank you for your dedication and hard work!

Lived here for about a couple of years and it's been nice. Neighbors are pretty quiet and respectful. The complex is on a main street so I assumed there would be issues with non-residents but have not been aware of anything in that matter. The leasing office is communitive and does a good job solving issues you may have. Had to place work orders for a few things and they're quick to come out and provide updates. They also do routine pest control, smoke detector checks and change out the filters. The only issue would be the coin washers and dryers on the complex. You can use any washer or dryer on the complex but at times they're out of service so you might have to walk around to find one that works. They cost a lot less than most laundromats but some dryers work better than others.
Leasing office tends to every need. Very quiet, neighbors are super respectful to each other. Ive been here for over 3 years , there's movies. supermarkets, great restaurants nearby, under a new management that surpasses great service to tenants
Absolutely the best for the money. The amenities are excellent and the staff is super friendly and very attentive to your needs. I love living here!
Boyfriend and I recently just moved in and it's been nothing but great things! The landlord was very kind to stay back extra so we could sign the lease and get moved in! Neighbors are also nice and it has everything we need. Love the layout of the place, I feel right at home when I walk in. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a nice quiet place that's in a good location!
The team at Taft Plaza Apartments is amazing! Jaime, Alix, and Isabel are always kind, efficient, and ready to help. They respond quickly to any requests, and Alix does a great job with repairs. Isabel is very friendly and always willing to assist. Jaime keeps everything running smoothly and communicates well. I really appreciate their hard work and highly recommend them!
I noticed some changes around the property. Had a problem with my A/C and it was taken care of immediately. I love living here.
