If you want to over pay for utilities and constantly have your water shut off. Then you should move here. All they do is slap bandaids on issues without addressing the problems. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

I lived here for three years and the experience has been a fierce roller coaster ride! Initially, my experience went well...especially when the previous office staff was in place namely” Bradley.” She would return phone calls and address needs in a timely manner. Contrarily, the property mgr. in place now is not as responsive and doesn’t appear to be concerned about the tenant’s needs. To explain further, I moved out in June and expected a reasonable amount of my security deposit refunded at a reasonable time! Unfortunately, I was refunded just slightly more than a fourth of my security deposit and no reasonable explanation that specifies a direct lease violation Instead, I was told “ It appears to be too many drill holes in your wall and it can't be excessive. My response, If that's the case, quantify excessive and show me that amount in my lease! Well, that didn't happen and the chargers were deducted from my security deposit! To add insult to injury, I wasn't even made aware of additional charges until several weeks after I moved...due to me calling countless times and visiting the leasing office!

2 months after I've moved out with a perfect closing inspection and my deposit has not been returned. They don't answer phones. I've been in twice to get this resolved. They refuse to give me a tracking number or let me to talk to home office. Thieves!

I rented here when I first moved to Atlanta, and had an overall very positive experience. When I needed maintenance or repairs, the office was efficient and quick to respond. I really enjoyed the layout of my apartment, and found utility costs to be very reasonable. The location is fantastic, making it easy to jet to either the heart of Atlanta or jump on 285 towards Birmingham. The apartments were built in 1996, so do not expect perfection. However, the property is well-kept overall, and I would recommend touring the property.

My first experience here was working with Courtney at the front office, and she is wonderful! Great personality, knows the apartments in and out because she lives in them herself, and very helpful. My apartment was ready on time and everything was clean and looked nice. There's not too much noise and the neighbors are super friendly! It's a great community. As a young female living alone, I feel totally safe here. I love that they keep it clean. My apartment is huge, there is a lot of natural light (the view of the sunset is often stunning), I love having my own W/D in the unit, the grounds and hallways are kept clean (I walked out of my apartment and there was a guy with a bucket and a rag scrubbing the hand rails!), there is plenty to do around here and downtown is pretty accessible, there's a Publix, Kroger, and a Sprouts all very close to the complex. My only complaint is that sometimes maintenance is a little slow. There have been a couple times where something wasn't finished or the wrong lightbulb was changed, but the maintenance guys are extremely nice. Especially Louie! I absolutely love living here and was very lucky to find such a great place for a good price. I will definitely recommend this place to other people!

I have lived at this complex for 5 years and most of the time do not have any complaints. I love the location, the neighborhood is quiet and the apartments are spacious, and I rarely see any bugs. My main issue is that Maintenance is sometimes very slow, and the walls are pretty thin so I can hear everything my upstairs neighbors are doing. While there are some leasing agents that are great, management has changed a few times here, and I have sometimes had to deal with some rude agents. The pool is not always kept clean and we have had some troubles with pool security. Overall my experience has been good, and I would still recommend it as a great place to live, despite the issues discussed.

I moved to StoneWood at Vinnings with two roommates we love the apartments interior and exterior we like that it was a shorter commute to our jobs! There are a lot places to shop and dine! Fitness activities are really big in this area such as the Comet Trail you can walk, bike, skake etc. . There's always a Tenants appreciation dinners or cookouts so you can get to know your neighbor's we have lived here going on four years and we still love it!!!

I have lived here a couple of years, and being familiar with apartment life it isn't the worse. The location is great and there is a lot of things to do. The management is slow respond, but there have been frequent changes. All in all..it is okay.
