Located on the Gulf of Mexico, Corpus Christi is a fairly large city with a unique personality combining elements of a coastal getaway and a modern metropolis. Corpus Christi has some of Texas’ best beaches, bayside parks, and waterfront homes. Padre Island, Mustang Island, and North Beach all have their own special atmospheres and give renters access to a variety of activities. The fun doesn’t stop at the beach either. Corpus Christi has plenty of entertainment options for any age to enjoy. Families flock to trampoline parks, waterparks, and amusement parks offering classic activities from bounces houses to go-karts. Renters adore the museums, theaters, bars, and live entertainment venues like Whataburger Stadium downtown.

Property Ratings at Symphony Apartments
After living at various other apartments through my 4 years of college in Corpus Christi this has, by far, been my favorite. I feel safe with the The current property manager, Seth, is compassionate and caring for all the residents and doesn't see the tenants as just opportunities for profit. Seth is quick to resolve any issues with my apartment and has been more than flexible when I needed it. As a student who relies on grants to pay for some of my living expenses he is more than willing to work with me. Additionally, the on-property maintenance staff are highly knowledgeable and personable. They are quick to resolve any issue present and, if they can't, then the turnover time for outside help is no longer than 24 hours. The apartment building itself is older but with the new interior upgrades, brand new stainless steel appliances and modern floorplans you wouldn't know this building is as old as it is. One small thing considering the apartment is older, the smell of cigarettes was prominent in my unit for the first few days since the previous tenant was a heavy smoker but it has since been resolved after settling in. As for cons, there aren't really any major issues. I would like to see doggy waste stations out front to ensure neighbors clean up after their dogs and the front yards to be extinguished of stickers. All in all a great place to live that includes all bills except electricity, ease of convenience for students and a quiet place for those who need it.
My apartment is great! I moved into one of the updated apartments and I couldn't be more happy. Maintenance is quick to respond and the property is well kept and clean.
pretty bad. i'm a student and it is close to the university though so I guess that's a plus. moved in when it was Manor House and the construction and remodeling kept me up all night and some nights I literally didn't sleep so I eventually had to quit my job as a delivery driver and start relying on help from family again to pay my rent for this...place. after they were taken over by new management the new maintenance people always sketched me out and were rude. I was left pretty dissappointed because when I moved in it seemed promising. They don't really clean their laundry room. that being said it is convenient for students and there is a bus stop right in front with routes to TAMUCC.
