When we first moved in the apartments gave us an unfinished apartment to the point the counter tops weren’t even dry and smelled like mold, we then moved to a different one that we did not want, and the problems have only gotten worse we’ve had a roach problem the whole time we’ve lived here, pest control will come but we see baby roaches non stop.

For any maintenance issues, please reach out to our office, and we would be happy to assist. We can also have pest control come in as needed to hopefully rid your unit of the roach concern entirely. You can call our office at any time during our office hours, or emergency maintenance after hours as needed.
Toured the place and agreed on a move in date. A week before the move in date I was given a completely different date and then when I brought up the issue management had no solutions as to why or to resolve the issue (they like to wait until the last minute to do maintenance to empty units). Maintenance takes an incredibly long time to listen to requests, if at all. Management seems nice and friendly but are pretty useless when it comes to having any issues and are amazing at coming up with excuses.

First of all, I love my new apartment and the location I'm at. But looking back as of right now, only being here 1 month, I should have chose differently. Move in was delayed 3 times, until my very last possible day due to maintenance not having my apartment ready even though they had at least 1.5 months. I have broken blinds and another that doesn't close giving me no privacy. A tub that is getting water behind it due to the nozzle not closing completely for the shower head and the lack of caulking. Maintenance says there is nothing wrong with my blinds and then when i resubmitted a work order for them and my tub, they were cancelled. Called to the lady's at the front desk, I was told they would ask about it and that I would get a text by end of day... Just another empty promise.

I pay for valet trash , but the maintenance chooses what trash they pick up and leave and currently in front of my door way from another and is maggots from trash and it’s a lot I do have a record video and pictures it was disgusting and in disbelief I have resided here for 3 year and in my last year this has been the worst experience leaking windows to were the rain comes through and the information I was provided we don’t have the material to fix it and haven’t received any update and it has been almost a month

Bad management can ruin an apartment complex. 1. We were given a covered parking spot that we have to pay extra for. We've been paying for this spot for over 3 months now. A couple weeks ago they gave our spot to a new resident. It was a mess up on their part for not paying attention to what spots are actually open in the system. But they decided to cater to her and let her keep the spot even though we've been here longer. Oh, and when they called to tell us this, they hung up when we argued it. And no, absolutely no yelling or profanity was used. Just arguing for what we think is right and they hang up. Real professionals. 2. We have put in 4 work orders to change the light bulbs in our stairwell so we can actually see when we get to the front door. Seems like an easy enough task, but it still isn't complete and we've been here for months now. 3. There may be a gate, but its been broken for the entire duration of our lease. So if that little bit of protection makes you feel a little more secure, they don't have that here either. 4. My fiance got this apartment leased out and ready while I was in Afghanistan. At times it was a bit of a frustrating process when it came to communication and getting things done and ready to move in to this apartment complex, and plus we're all humans and we all have emotions. But one member of the management team took it upon herself to let him know that she's surprised he came back to move in since the last time he left he had a "bad attitude". That's a completely inappropriate observation for someone who should be providing good customer service to EVER say. Secondly, whatever attitude he had was in no way geared towards her, but she decided to take it very personally. This same member also argued with him about a very clear issue in our lease agreement on move in day - one that if she just read instead of argued she could have fixed easily. So while our family and friends we're trying to help us move in, they had to wait 45 minutes to get keys so that this woman could finally give in and call the manager only to be told she was wrong, fix it, and finally sign the lease. Absolutely ridiculous. I promise you can find somewhere better than here with good, reliable management. Every time we've gone in with an issue they choose to pretend they don't know what's going on, or lie to us about something that has happened or that they've supposedly done.
Horrible service throughout my stay. So bad that I couldn’t even bear to stay until the end of my lease. Then, of course, charged outrageous fees at move out for cleaning in an apartment I took a week to clean and told that I was lucky they didn’t charge me more. Not giving me my deposits back when either. Careless and rude management. Stay away.
Been living here a little over 2 months and out of the 9 weeks I have been here my AC has worked maybe half of that time. I have had maintenance out multiple times and everytime they come out it stops working after 4 days. Getting ahold of the office is a joke, anytime I have called I have gotten no answer and if I leave a message they don't call back. For what they charge in rent I would expect basic things like air to work.
We moved here in march from kansas. . We have lived in our new apt for 1 month and absolutely love it. We feel so at home.. so comfortable. The people are amazing and nice here.. so clean and efficient. We no longer have that "did we make the right choice by moving away" feeling. We know we are home, and to know that when our kids come visit the youngest will be in a safe community to walk around and swim. Best feeling in world. . Safe and comfortable. Thank you.
I absolutely love the staff. The help with EVERYTHING!! My apartment is very spacious and clean. It's also near a lot of family oriented places and NEAR A DAIRY QUEEN.
