I wish that the apt would give more attention to the automobiles parked. There are currently two cars in the area in front of my apt that have not moved in months. Parking is limited so that should be resolved.

Brittany, Gina, and Rachel are absolutely fantastic at customer service! They try very hard to work with you during this pandemic. The maintenance crew does there absolute best coming to your aid fixing things. I would definitely recommend them.
I lived at Sycamore Creek and I have to give the staff a hands down for always being attentive and with great customer service to their residents. The maintenance staff was always on point when I needed something. This property is well taken care of by the best. I loved my time here. I truly recommend anyone here because you will love it.
I have lived at Sycamore Creek for 2 years now and I love it! The grounds are beautiful and well kept, the amenities are amazing, and the staff is incredibly courteous and helpful. It's also a pet friendly community which I very much appreciate. Convenient access to anywhere you need to go. We love the location! In a great school district. Staff is nice and responsive. Nice playground and pool area! Affordable rent for the area.
This was in a great location across from the school and the YMCA/Library. The staff and our maintenance crew were always quick to fix any issues. I thought the rates were fair too, the thing is I wish they had W/D connections. I would highly recommend!
I really liked this community. Sycamore creek had a very nice and spacious floor plan. It was a nice two bedroom, one bath with a very homey feeling. The apartments have a very nice location. They are right across Clemens High School and right next to the YMCA. I also received great customer service!
My son had previously lived at this apartment and his experience was a positive and enjoyable one. So when I was looking for rental property myself this was the first and only one to consider. A tour of the property was awesome and the staff and Manager were great to work with! Very clean property with nice amenities.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH SYCAMORE CREEK APARTMENT WAS VERY WELCOMING. BEFORE PICKING UP MY KEY WENT TO OFFICE TWO TIMES AND STAFF VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE. COMPLEX AS I SEE IS VERY CLEAN AND LAWN KEPT. VERY CONVEINT FOR THOSE WHO HAVE CHILDREN IN SCHOOL. CLOSE TO SHOPPING CENTER AND LOCATED IN GOOD ENVIRONMENT. YOU WILL ALSO GET YOUR MONEY'S WORTH.
I am just moving in town from out of state, and was having a bit of a time trying to find a nice place for my family and I to live that was in my budget. After having more than one bad experince, it was a pleasure to meet Britney and Sandra who were professional, friendly, and very helpful. I am very excited to move into my new apartment and to enjoy the fitness center, the grill, and the playground! If you are moving to the area, or even the surrounding area I would highly recommend starting with Sycamore Creek Apartments!

If I could give them no stars I would. I've lived here for 2 years with my fiancé and our children, and it gets worse everyday! Three apartments around our are infested with fleas. The walls are paper thin (which is somewhat to be expected from an apartment, but not to a point where you can make out an entire conversation from your neighbors). It took them over a year to even get a pest control specialist to come and BARELY take a look at a wasps nest that is growing above one of our windows. The Windows have poor ventilation, and the screens are bolted on! God forbid there's a fire and that's the only way my children can get out!! The pool is always dirty, and smells like bleach! The maintenance man barely knows what he's doing and it took them 2 summers of us complaining about our AC going out to get them to buy a USED unit! In the beginning it was fine because we moved in in the spring, but now it's awful!
Property is well kept. Maintenance is too the utmost . Staff is well mannered and polite. Information is well disseminated and on time. No problems with theft. Great news letter, very informative, Great place for kids, pools are well maintained, safe play grounds.
