Sweetwater Vista

First of all, if you’re coming from out of state don’t even consider living in this apartment because they start asking for Georgia pay stub even though you have the qualified income the demand. Secondly, they have one of the most un-understanding and unfriendly staff who no due process and due diligence

I’ve been here long before new management took over and prior to them switching ownership this place felt a lot more like home. Now, with the new management company it’s been nothing but a headache. No one in the office knows how to properly do their jobs. Their paper work as far as the lease agreements seems to be screwed up even though letters were sent out saying that everyone would remain in their current agreement and that nothing will change. Well that were a lie, being that new charges appear frequently. Another issue is when the children get off the school buses they generally walk through the front office to get through to the buildings, they have been doing so for as long as I’ve been here now all of a sudden the ladies in the office always stop them and make them walk around. These are small children there is no need to be rude. Also valet trash is horrible. It’s just a complete headache for the amount they charge and it’s ridiculous. Don’t waste your time. Good job management, maybe find people who are professional and actually care about the tenants.

I enjoy the community clean and quiet has a wonderful family atmosphere from the Salt water pool with bbq stations to food the various food trucks and movie nights

My experience living here have been wonderful, but these stairs can be a killer, (lol) I really enjoy staying here, It is a very nice community to stay. I have wonderful neighbor, very peaceful and quiet in my building.

I am having a great experience here so far. I would say that trash around the community could be handled better. However, overall awesome experience!

We moved here in February of 2022 and it is an amazing place to live. The office staff is very knowledgeable and nice! I love that we have a gym that’s clean and everything works. I also love that it’s quiet and other residents are very considerate and quiet.

Overall average community. Could do a better job of communicating complex happenings and inform of active concerns. Gate access needs to be more reliable and better secured.

Maintenance needs some work. Office staff is amazing!! Good communication. Need better trash company so it goes out when they say it will.

This is a beautiful and quiet community! I’ve been here for a year and Love it. The office staff & maintenance are both so helpful. The apartments are very spacious. The gym is fully equipped and the pool area is so relaxing. The only con I have is there is no balcony in the apartments.

Wish pool was open, trash people don’t come sometimes on the days they are supposed to, clogged sink, gate is ALWAYS BROKEN. No fun amenities.

Management is very helpful! it's a safe and clean community. Dog park is clean and maintenance orders are solved quickly. I recommend sweetwater vista

Love this place. Just wish it was more reasonable price wise. Everything is clean and the staff are great. Everyone is very nice in this complex.

This place is terrible. The sinks clog all the time. The shower pressure and water are not strong or hot. People break the security gate DAILY. The rent is absurd. The trash people leave bags in the parking lot overnight. People leave mattresses, trash, furniture, etc. in the PARKING LOT. and when I moved in they said the pool would be open all year and it is not. OPEN THE POOL ITS 80 DEGREES. AND LOWER OUR RENT!!!!!!!!!! I will be moving to one of the new apartments that just opened down the road with much lower rent in a few months when this lease is up.

Quiet & spacious is what describes this residence. The staff and environment is definitely chefs kiss , we are so very laidback community. Sweetwater Vista will put a smile on your face every time.

I’ve enjoyed it here. Few hiccups here and there, but the neighbors are great. The price is far too high, though. I’m very concerned about the rise in rent.

Sweetwater Vista is the place to be. From the beginning everything has been amazing. Kai has a calling on her life to make the residents feel special. Everything is so organized and the community is clean and beautiful. I am so happy everyday to come home and know that I am safe and cared for. My neighbors are also very nice and quiet. I love it here, and am so happy with my decision after searching long and hard for the perfect place. The interior AND exterior is nice and modern. The property has this brand new feel. There's a car spa where I can go and wash my car and vacuum!! You don't see that everywhere. Valet trash every week night, maintenance is quick and responsive, pest control has to be on point because I haven't seen not ONE roach, and that's a HUGE deal to me LOL. The office staff are all very sweet. I love how I receive email updates from them several times a week. They actually care about the beautification and luxury experience of the community. She helped us every step of the way and ensured we were able to secure our dream first apartment. From the first tour of the apartment to move in day, she has always been there. The apartment is beautiful and everyone here is so helpful and always willing to help you to the best of their ability.

Very pleased with the overall move in process. Sonia is very professional and detailed. I was well prepared in advance and everything went so smooth. I wish I had a dining area but I’m able to create one in the space. Love my new place.

The apartments are clean and well lit. The staff calls to make sure everything is okay. Maintenance has great upkeep and they are quick to respond to service requests.

Trying to get into a new place is sometimes a hassle, but not here at Sweetwater Vista. The entire experience from the very beginning was a breeze. Kai was exceptional, she kept us informed and always sounded as if she was just as excited as us to get in. I would definitely recommend others to look into this apartment community if you are looking, you will not be disappointed.

The property is well maintained and staff is just as helpful as they were from Day 1. Very quiet area which why I am proud to call this place home. The application process is fast and easy, and the lady I’ve spoken with on the phone is great. She is very patient and super helpful. She answered every question I had and sent me all the documentation I needed. We submitted an application today and got approved TODAY! Only thing I need to do is submit my income documentation. I cannot wait to move into this new community!
