I like how spacious the apartment is and how much lighting I am getting inside. I think the first friday lawn event was a hit the first time around.
Although not every storefront is open, I believe that each and every one is an ideal pick for this beautiful 15 minute community. A boutique, a delicious ice dream shop, a medical facility, Mexican and Thai restaurants, brewery and a full size Harris Teeter grocery store a short distance off the town center make living here easy. It's nice not having to worry about maintenance as everything is handled by a responsive staff.
Enjoying my stay in Sweetwater apartment community. Feel safe, friendly neighbours and leasing staffs. Many shops are opening soon which add to the convenience. Thanks!

I’ve been here less than a week so it’s too early for me to give a rating. Thus far things are going pretty well. My biggest complaint is that the garage for under cover parking needs to be powerwashed. The fee is excessive and it should be clean.

It would be a 5 star review except for the "music" events that have now changed the "quiet" community I originally visited. Thursday night Bingo with a DJ, and now live music Saturday nights, not what I was hoping for. Maybe they can turn it down a little? I enjoy live music at a bar indoors and I can leave when I want to. I live on the 5th floor and can still hear the words to the songs on the other side of my apt with the bedroom door closed and the tv on. Other than that, I truly LOVE my apartment and living here!

Pretty good. Some hiccups. Apartment itself is great. Lots of light and everything works. No recycling yet, aside from cardboard. Some growing pains, but staff is excellent.

Apartment is very nice. The stair area needs to be cleaned. There is a lot of trash that has been there for 2 weeks. I can't wait for more stores to open.

We just love it here for so many reasons. 1. We absolutely love the staff! They are so helpful and they are fun to be around. 2. Sweetwater Apartments has social events every month. We gotten to meet all our neighbors that attend and have become friends with them. 3. The maintenance staff are quick to respond and they make sure everything is fixed promptly. 4. We love that the Apartments are brand new and many units have balconies, where we sit to watch the sunset. If up early we see the beautiful sunrise over the trees. 5. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants and a great location.

Nice apartments with elevators and secure entries. The staff is very responsive and they respond to issues quickly. They host regular "meet the neighbors" events also.
