After one month my wife and I are enjoying the experience of living in this community with all the amenities and new shops and eateries that opened up and that are to open up in the next few months. The monthly events on the great lawn are nice to go to and meet your neighbors as well. It is a quiet community, maintenance staff and management staff have been great so far. Nice to have a bank, Harris Teeter, and Gas Station across the street. Close to local farms, greenways for biking and walking, and close to Downtown Apex.

It would have been better if they mention they now have 2 Friday night events in which you hear the music in pretty much any apt facing the courtyard. They also have "other" outdoor music just when you thought you were going to have a quiet evening, and I live on the 5th floor. The community is beautiful and so are the apartments. The staff is great and the tenants are very friendly. The area is also perfect. But if you are like me, and prefer quiet evenings you may want to think twice.

Everything is supposedly new but falling apart. Maintenance is rude and lacks work ethic. You sill be dealing with the same problem for weeks if not months. The leasing office team has the absolute worst communication I have experienced, having been a tenant to 4 other places in the triangle. If you do finally manage to get communication going with Leasing, expect fake smiles and an enormous serving of attitude. I usually never review but felt compelled by this experience to warn others.

One August 2025 marks our one year anniversary at Sweetwater Town Center apartments and it gets better each day we are here. Outstanding first class management staff that continues to amaze me by providing social events every month. From chocolate chip cookie day, Wine tastings, Halloween treats, Harry Potter events just to name a few. Many business have opened during the past year with more to come. A Greek restaurant, Al’s Hamburger, donut Shop, Taco Bell just to name a few. Come out to enjoy Market Night whereby a number of street vendors and food trucks along with live music presented on the outdoor stage. A great place to meet your neighbors and make new friends. If you are looking for a new place to reside then a visit Sweetwater Town Center Apartments is definitely worth visiting - you will not be disappointed.

The “security door” has not been operational since I moved in 6 weeks ago. Concerning. It took over a week after a repairman came to see my non working dishwasher for me to be notified that a part is on order. Since it is still under warranty, it should have been replaced. Still waiting for part. These are well designed and well constructed apartments. However, the bedroom carpets are extremely cheap. Also the clothes washer should have a catch pan underneath it. No place is perfect…it’s a good apartment at a good price point

When we first met Amanda she was so welcoming, we did not have an appointment to see one of the apartments and she made time for us. She was on top of answering our questions on leasing out an apartment. Would recommend this apartment, it’s clean it’s family oriented and just what we were looking for.

Although not every storefront is open, I believe that each and every one is an ideal pick for this beautiful 15 minute community. A boutique, a delicious ice dream shop, a medical facility, Mexican and Thai restaurants, brewery and a full size Harris Teeter grocery store a short distance off the town center make living here easy. It's nice not having to worry about maintenance as everything is handled by a responsive staff.

I’ve been here less than a week so it’s too early for me to give a rating. Thus far things are going pretty well. My biggest complaint is that the garage for under cover parking needs to be powerwashed. The fee is excessive and it should be clean.

It would be a 5 star review except for the "music" events that have now changed the "quiet" community I originally visited. Thursday night Bingo with a DJ, and now live music Saturday nights, not what I was hoping for. Maybe they can turn it down a little? I enjoy live music at a bar indoors and I can leave when I want to. I live on the 5th floor and can still hear the words to the songs on the other side of my apt with the bedroom door closed and the tv on. Other than that, I truly LOVE my apartment and living here!

We just moved in and are loving it! The community is beautiful and very well kept. Amanda in the office is amazing! Love the valet trash and the limited access to the building! Love it here.

Gorgeous apartments, enjoy having everything I need within walking distance. Nice neighbors and very little noise at night. The staff is very responsive. I would highly recommend living in Sweetwater!

Pretty good. Some hiccups. Apartment itself is great. Lots of light and everything works. No recycling yet, aside from cardboard. Some growing pains, but staff is excellent.

Apartment is very nice. The stair area needs to be cleaned. There is a lot of trash that has been there for 2 weeks. I can't wait for more stores to open.
