I recently moved to this community, and I must say, I’m absolutely delighted to be here. From the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of warmth and welcome that instantly made me feel at home. The neighborhood has such a lovely ambience—peaceful, well-maintained, and full of charm. Every corner seems to have its own unique character, and the people I’ve met so far have been incredibly friendly and kind.
This community is beautiful and such a refreshing place to live. the amenities are spectacular and the apartments are modern and open. the leasing staff are amazing and super resourceful. Amanda helped me and she was a dream! couldn’t of asked for a better agent

Pretty good. Some hiccups. Apartment itself is great. Lots of light and everything works. No recycling yet, aside from cardboard. Some growing pains, but staff is excellent.

Apartment is very nice. The stair area needs to be cleaned. There is a lot of trash that has been there for 2 weeks. I can't wait for more stores to open.

We just love it here for so many reasons. 1. We absolutely love the staff! They are so helpful and they are fun to be around. 2. Sweetwater Apartments has social events every month. We gotten to meet all our neighbors that attend and have become friends with them. 3. The maintenance staff are quick to respond and they make sure everything is fixed promptly. 4. We love that the Apartments are brand new and many units have balconies, where we sit to watch the sunset. If up early we see the beautiful sunrise over the trees. 5. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants and a great location.

Nice apartments with elevators and secure entries. The staff is very responsive and they respond to issues quickly. They host regular "meet the neighbors" events also.
