Property Ratings at Sweetwater Apartments
They will make you pay a pet deposit. Then when you move out the send inspector Gadget to look for pet urine stains even if you cleaned the carpets. Then they keep your money and charge again to clean the carpets. Double rip off. Stay away. You can also hear your neighbors through the walls. Constant noise. Never again. Will not recommend.

I am so sorry you feel this way- yes we do charge pet "fees" and if your pet damages carpet we will have to charge for this as well. It is fully disclosed with the pet agreement residents signed.
This roomy three bedroom apartment is the setup that everyone has dreamed of. From watching the birds play in the pond, to enjoying a party by the pool, there is never a dull moment. All the neighbors inside this gated community are friendly and helpful, which makes it a very welcoming environment. The big bonus of being just moments away from the city makes living here that much more appealing.
