I have only been here for 7 months, but it has been a very good experience.
I rarely give 5 stars to anything thing but for the 5 weeks I have lived here I have nothing but enjoyed it. From the fenced in picnic area to the gar4den plots to the friendly staff to the well maintained grounds to the Thursday evening Bingo games. I feel more like I moved onto a cruise ship then into a apartment complex.

This is a nice place to live. The apartments could use a little updating in the kitchen and bathrooms of the units but overall it is clean and well maintained.
Good apartment setting, clean rooms, really good closet space, plenty of space in the kitchen for a table. Very nice and comparable to other apartments in the area that I have experienced.

Surfside has many conveniences. Dollar General and Gas stations right next door. Floor plans large. Very Quiet. Great place to walk and Jog.
