Property Ratings at Superior Apartments
Where do I begin??? The hallways are trashed,stains everywhere, and carpet unkempt! In the winter when there is snow and ice, it is never kept up,no pathway created,and extremly hazardous where you could slip just coming into the complex. The south side of the apartment building that was upgraded after the storm produced large amounts of water that did lots of water damage. Nothing ever gets fixed when needed,which sometimes takes months before they even check it. The owner of the company never comes to check the level of uncleanliness that is happening in this complex. It is completely unsanitary and definitely not up to health standards. If you want to do laundry,you will need to go to the laundry mat. I would recommend you completely bypass using the laundry room in this complex. There has been pills on the floor, crack pipes between the washers,and detergent all over the washers with a mildew smell from the doors not being propped open properly after a normal washing. It appears there is black mold that develops inside the washing machine that doesn't go away and is unaccesable to be thoroughly cleaned. The company has many apartment complexes and cannot keep with them all,let alone service all of their residents. If you feel you need to come to this complex,be prepared for the worst and only move on to the next. There aren't any good words to use for this location and I would recommend you contact me personally if you have any questions!

Superior Apartments has it all! I love living here and it has been the best experience ever. I've been here for 1.5 years and I'm extremely happy to call it home. I love the spacious rooms, the hardwood floors, and the kitchen has more than enough room. I can't say enough things about the management staff. They offer exceptional customer service, offer fast feedback and they are always available to answer my questions. It makes me feel better knowing they are always on point with everything and are super friendly. I love living in Michigan City and I love living at Superior Apartments! Superior offers quality living at an affordable price!! Look no further when looking for apartments.
I currently reside at Superior Street apartments, and was lucky enough to be the first person to live in one of the newly remodeled apartments. We had a small problem with our oven, and called for a work order. The next day Katharine called to tell me a new oven was being delivered! I am so excited and happy. I love how fast they respond to maintenance requests and that they don't just fix things so they are "good enough", they do it right. Every one of the maintenance men are courteous, and the office staff is always friendly and helpful.If you have a chance to live here, take it.
I just saw one of the remodeled apartments, and all I can say is "Wow". Call Catherine, you'll love her and these apartments. She's so nice, and spent an hour with me answering all my questions. These apartments are gorgeous.
Just renewed my lease. Love it here, and the staff is pleasant, professional, and responsive.
