Amazing place to live. Beautifully, newly remodeled apartment options. You get your own garage close to your apartment, which you cant beat. Paying bills and putting in maintenance requests is very easy on the resident portal. Management is great.

Don’t be fooled by the model unit and the complex right near the model unit. Go check out the far laundry rooms that have cockroaches and black widows in them, and washers and driers that don’t actually work. Or wait until you move in to find out that your cabinets are falling off the wall and that they dropped a screw in your garbage disposal but won’t come out to fix it because it’s not a necessity. They also like to change the lease and charge you more because apparently they’re worried about fixing the parking that they screwed up to begin with, giving some apartments 5 spots while others can’t get a spot close to their apartment. Oh yeah and “gated” is a joke. The gates broke months ago but of course they’re not going to fix them. The management here is absolutely atrocious, and I think they forget that these apartments are people’s homes and it’s not an excuse for them to have a power trip and get more money out of the tenants without providing the amenities that we were led to believe would be available to us upon moving in. Just call the office and talk to someone about the problems in the complex, oh wait they’re too important to answer anyone’s calls.

Overpriced. Old design and management team was great, but with new ownership it has gone downhill.
New management is a vast improvement from the prior...
Been in this complex for 8 years. Seen a lot of upgrades this year and all for the better. Awesome pool area, nice pet park and a very quite area. Not to far away from any store. The staff is the best!
This would seem a perfect complex if you came upon it after some kind of horrible global event, like the zombie apocalypse. The community has tons of really nice amenities- a really thoughtfully built dog park, a not too shabby gym, a nice playground, and they're even in the process of finishing up the pool area. The apartments themselves have dark laminate flooring, spacious kitchens with islands, and are way nicer than others in the area at the same price point. The only problem I've ever had have been with my fellow residents- there have been a few loud parties, some really unpleasant overheard fights, and my car was even broken into. It's a real pain, but it really is to be expected for apartment living, especially in a complex as huge as this one is. I'd still recommend it.
