Teri was wonderful. She seemed very busy because of the high volume of vacant properties but handled our move from 8 hours away beautifully. She communicated, was very easy to work with and pleasant. We had a few minor tasks to be taken care of and the repairs were done immediately. So far we are really liking it.

We have been at Sunset Village for two years and we have never had any issues. We had so little time to find a place in this area as my husbands job requires us to move around. We had two dogs and our first child on the way and this neighborhood welcomed the pets and has been great for children! We love it here and plan on staying as long as we are in the area.

Sunset Village is amazing, from Megan in the office being so polite, prompt, professional, and upfront to the community being kept very clean and welcoming! The house is nice and worth it and the location is just as nice! All processes are explained well and she's always there to Ander any question, happily. The pool is always clean and well-kept. They are new management and seems like the best so far from past reviews and tenants as well. We really love it here and plan to stay as long as things remain great how they are! Blessed to have applied at the time we did seeing how beautiful the community is and with Megan working here!

? unprofessional management team; inflexible owner; not customer oriented; cannot trust what they tell you; unable to explain renewal increase or inconsistencies ? very inflexible on renewal lease terms despite telling us otherwise at initial lease; not reasonable on month-to-month rent following initial 12 month lease ? taking advantage of renters on renewals; renewal increases are inconsistent for exact same floor plans; pricing strategy is like a Hotel — can charge whatever they want because they can ? pricing approach is to charge those already paying a higher initial rent a higher increase on their renewal

Over priced, wasn’t properly cleaned after construction, management sucks & is hard to contact, never got our deposit back after being told we would (it’s been 5mnts), maintenance requests takes FOREVER, you will get charged for every little thing. The homes are DH Horton so they aren’t the greatest quality but they are cute.
