These are absolutely beautiful apartments, and they are very affordable given that they are in an upperscale neighborhood. They are located at the top of a hill, with a spectacular view. There is a big dog park, and if you want to meet some beautiful people, just walk over there and pet their dogs, and you will make instant friends! The neighbors are quiet and gentle people who love their peace and quiet. These apartments are impeccably maintained, and the landscaping makes us feel like we're in a tropical paradise! It's evident that Catherine and Liz love people and put their hearts into their jobs. They both welcomed us and made us feel like part of their family! Catherine worked hard in record time to get us approved into these beautiful apartments, and Liz helped us fill out our application and was very personable, making us feel right at home. My wife and I have found our tropical paradise, in a quiet and secluded part of the world amongst kind and beautiful people. It doesn't get better than this!
The worst place I've ever lived, they took my deposit and that of my dog and they also charged me 200 more, once someone stole things from my car and they did nothing, they said they would put cameras and they never did
Sunset View is beautifully landscaped and conveniently located just miles to the beach and shopping centers. Reasonably priced renovated apartments available with nice features and new appliances. Pleasant and safe community.

Sunset View is a great place to live. A safe neighborhood, beautiful apartments, and friendly staff. Everything online is very simple, the office is always there to answer any questions, and the maintenance staff is very friendly and efficient!
I have enjoyed living here. It really is a pet friendly community. The apartments are nice. It is a nice community they have here.

I loved living at Sunset View. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and I always felt like I was arriving home to a house instead of an apartment. I missliving there and wished i could of stayed longer but couldn't afford to stay there on my own without a roommate. Everyone there was always polite and caring. Just all out friendly.

The apartments are nice and quiet. Management has always been very responsive and quick to address maintenance issues. Parking is decent. However, there is dog poop left EVERYWHERE. Husband and I are constantly stepping in it when taking our dog out. Landscaping could be better, lots of leaves left all over the place for a month now.
